The hotel offers exceptional service with a warm and welcoming staff. The online booking process provides competitive rates, and the accommodations are both clean and comfortable. The manager, Sambo, demonstrated exceptional friendliness and assistance throughout our stay. He arranged transportation to Angkor Wat for sunrise at a reasonable cost and provided attentive care to our every need. The hotel also offers convenient transportation services to Angkor Wat, making it an economical option for exploring the temple. I indulged in daily massages at the hotel, which were reasonably priced at $20 per hour. The massage therapists were highly skilled and experienced professionals.

Hotel is located within 5 min walk from the walking street and pubs. Breakfast is a buffet well worth the money. The pool is big enough. It is a cozy and clean place.

Stayed here for 2 nights, then booked for another night but realised I had already booked for another island. The app said can’t be canceled but I checked with the hotel and they said “ don’t worry we will help you “ and cancelled successfully with full refund. The whole place is full of greenery and pure silent atmosphere. Great team to take care of the guest plus location is the big benefit. Highly recommended

I stayed with four friends on New Year's Eve. All the staff were friendly and some could speak Japanese, so I felt safe. I would like to stay again.

Nice hotel in the center of Siem Reap. Comfortable location. A decent breakfast. A divine pool with a bar. Friendly staff. There was only one thing that upset me. We have booked a room with 1 king-size bed. But we got a room with two small beds.

The location of this hotel is really nice

This is such a hard hotel to review. On the one side the pool was one of the best I have ever used. The room was great. The air conditioning phenomenal. The place has the image of a genuine five star hotel. However, beneath the surface the hotel isn’t quite all that. The breakfast was atrocious. It seems to be geared exclusively to Chinese customers… but it’s worse even than most basic Chinese hotel breakfasts (which are often terrible). All in all I MIGHT stay here again next time… but the breakfast really was a shame.

The facilities and services are good. Breakfast is delicious but not so many food available.

Amazing hotel. The room was spacious and lovely, and the pool was beautiful, with birds in the trees around it. Staff were very friendly and helped us book tuk-tuk and car travel to the sites.

in the breakfast, the cooker for egg was not in his position . had to wait for his return over 10 min but no eggs

Old hotel everything too old smell

Great hotel, clean, opulent decor, staff are very professional and always happy to help. I cannot fault the hotel. Breakfast is basic, but we stayed at 3 hotels in siem reap and this had the best breakfast. Mrs Taing at reception was a real delight to deal with, fluent english, great customer service and very professional. If i come back to siem reap i would stay here. Thank you Mrs Taing and prince team.
