Our stay at People by the Community was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. They even arranged an airport pickup for $35, which was a convenient start to our trip. The only minor issue was that we couldn't get connecting rooms, which would have been ideal for our family. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would have extended our stay if possible. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

The staff are very hospitable and friendly especially Phi and Va Ni. I was amased that they can remember the names of their guest😉. Quality service I must say and definitely recommend to other other.

Great little place run by the community and for the community. The pool on top floor has great views. Having tuktuk that give discounts to hotel patrons was a good bonus.

Enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious. Great service with welcome drink and fruit. Nice restaurant and bar. Pools to cool off. Great location with restaurants, walkable distance from the hotel. Not in downtown.

This hotel is trying really hard to make a go of a fresh start, the staff are great and friendly although check in takes around half an hour. They are attentive and beyond helpful, I think this hotel could be really great once room renovations are completed. Give them a go.

Wonderful hotel! 2 pools, really nice exterior. A bit far from the center, so it’s quite here. Front seat staff was extremely nice - helped us to book tickets for events and recommend some places to go. Breakfast is Asian-European style

Very good hotel, very clean room, two swimming pools... Sometimes the staff just need to be more professionnal.

it’s okay it’s not that bad but in the room as my experience it’s pretty dark inside and things are kind of old too

Incredible cause , great service.

Far from the center, but not noisy. Breakfast was rather plain. Good swimming pool, but a lot of mosquitos. Very few staff speak and understand English.

Excelente service and location, the staff is very nice and always willing to help me, especially to book a tour a the very last minute, the breakfast is delicious I love to have the option between western/asian or the buffet during the week, the hotel is extremely clean and has a very nice decoration style, the room was very comfortable with nice touch deco, certainly the photos don’t make justice, very nice I will definitely recommend and will stay here again
