I think it’s good place but service is not good

24hr check in was very helpful. Toilet didn’t work at all and room was very close to the pool. It was loud in the morning with people and dogs barking but did the job and is in a good location.

Counter doesn’t understand well about online booking and also give our room to other. But after complaining, they agreed to change room for us!

It's not comfortable to live here.

First visit to Siem Reap I used here. with very friendly staff It's a family friendly atmosphere. The room is clean and satisfying.

The facilities are too shabby. Nothing is good. Won't come again next time

I can only say that it's just average, just okay to live here.

Me and 2 sons stayed there and used it as a base to explore Siem Reap. Friendly staff , rooms adequate -a/c , fan, fridge comfy beds. They helped us book a private taxi to kompot which turned out to be a relief from the long buses. The family own a convenience store next door and do your washing for you for $1/ kg for 24 hr

Nice stay at Unique Angkor Villa. Great budget-friendly option & also a great option to help support a local family owned business. It’s a great location and walking distance to markets, pubs, restaurants & spa’s. The family who own this accom also own the mini mart next door and can help with Laundry & Motorbike rentals.

Stayed here for 5 nights (initially booked for 3). Great price. Room (king) was large and comfortable. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurant downstairs (which we used every day) as the meals were consistently very good - mix of western and Khmer food. Outdoor sitting/eating area by a nice pool. Everywhere very clean. Owners and their staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and accomodating. Five minute walk to the Old Market and Pub Street area. We would highly recommend this

Very welcoming and friendly. I was upgraded to a room with private balcony on arrival, and a refreshing cool drink. Rooms are modern and very clean. Restaurant serves a great breakfast and dinner. Tours and drivers can be arranged at reception. You get to feel very much at home in this family run hotel. Thankyou to all staff for making it such a pleasure to stay there.

Booked room and then they asked for more money when arrive.they say because of new year.but already paid.then sent us to another hotel for 2 nights,then back here 1 night.room was good and food was good also.but he did sell our rooms out at bigger money.not happy,as he was very rude to me and wife.and manny others had same.
