Room was spacious. There’s construction going on but you can’t hear it in the room too much. AC was not as cool for our room but otherwise very polite staff. Location is a little far from pubstreet and it’s in a quiet place.

I loved every bit of my experience at this property. They went the extra mile to open doors for us when we had late nights out. Everything is perfect

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing, especially the girls working at the reception. Every request was taken care of, we were allowed an early check-in and a late check out. The food of the restaurant have some dishes with fair prices and I also liked their breakfast ( Ps: try their banana vanilla smoothie ;-) ) . The swimming pool side is also very nice, it’s not the biggest I’ve seen but you have enough place to swim and enjoy the water. The free shuttle to the center is also a good point because the hotel is not really close to pub street, but even booking a grab is cheap. I recommend 100%

It’s an absolute pleasure for me to write a review for this hotel. It’s a very nice hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. It was so sweet to decorate the bed with my name made of flowers. The beds are very comfy, the curtains are so thick, you can sleep until afternoon 😜 the restaurant works until 10 pm, the food is really good. We had a breakfast in the morning, it was nice, there were 4 sets for choosing, all good. The swimming pool area is beautiful😍

Very nice and comfortable hotel with good food and prices. The staff were very nice. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing day. Tho it’s far from the center. The place is quiet and peaceful.

A bit far side of the hotel district, this modern hotel is comfortable and quiet the building shows wear and tear, which need to be addressed. Breakfast suffers from limited variety and quality. Windows are not polished. WiFi in my room was not so good. Yet I loved staying there. The service was just superb. Staff are eager to please you. They offer a free airport transportation, a free transportation to downtown, ice cold wet towels and herb tea whenever I returned to the hotel from sweaty tropical outings, free bicycle., very reasonable driver for sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ssssshhh. Do not tell a soul!! Hidden gem. Spotlessly clean. Mr P the manager has trained his staff to a very high standard of service excellence. Quiet serene & yes - an oasis indeed. Thank you Mr P for a wonderful stay

The service is good since they’re very helpful and friendly whenever we need help. My room is nearby the pool so I can enjoy the fresh morning view. For the pool, it’s clean that you can enjoy with the mini bar nearby. For location, it’s around 2.6 km from pubstreet so you might need to rent the vehicle to travel from the hotel. Overall, it’s quite good including service and the room.

A bit far from the pubstreet, but the room is clean. If u like the quiet atmosphere, I recommend this hotel.

The room and hotel area are not clean enough ! Just the old building and renovation again in 2024 not build up 2024 ! The elevator is small . Small parking ! The staff unprofessional! The bed can’t move ! And don’t have security guardner. I’m not recommend
