A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

The hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists. Clean towels are provided for the beach every day. The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality. The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows: 1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable. 2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard 3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

A very good hotel, special thanks to the waiter Mehmed, the location is close to the beach 450m, the all-inclusive food is just super!

This hotel is definitely our happy place. From the moment you arrive you are treated like family and nothing is too much trouble. Every single member of staff is eager to help make your stay perfect. Where do I start? This hotel is just incredible, its the staff that make it what it is. Savas the hotel manager, is just the most hard working down to earth man. He is constantly walking around checking up on everyone from first thing in the morning to late at night. When we arrived the staff were amazing we arrived after midnight to drinks and sandwiches, although if your Gluten free like myself just email a day before you fly if your landing late and they will make a GF sandwich for you. I didn't do this, but they just need to know in advance. I am Gluten Intolerant and I can't tell you how amazing the team where nothing was ever too much always making sure if there was something i couldn't have they would adapt it. Always let them know in advance so they can help. Nori in the a la cate restaurant is just the most amazing manager in the restaurant. Always helped me with GF and was so knowledgeable, go upstairs for lunch you won't be disappointed. Dogan the entertainer is amazing and always had so much to do and get involved with and myself and husband got on so well with Dogan. He is such great fun and always a laugh. The Aqua instructor is brilliant and does lots of fitness activities if you want to take part. The bar staff were also amazing, the bar man who looks like Rodri from man City haha we loved him he was brilliant! Bar manager also so good! Ismail the pool guy we called him brings round cold towels and snacks everyday! I can't fault one staff member they work tirelessly all day. We met so many couples that have been repeatedly and we understand why! The rooms are lovely clean and cosy and the cleaners are lovely too! Its such a quiet relaxing hotel and perfect for a reset! We see a few 16 year olds with their parents as its 16+ but were all amazing and we didn't meet one rude person on our trip. Thank you so much Savas & Team! All the best, Abbie & Tom

There is simply nothing that can improve this hotel. Staff, cleanliness, food and service is all first class. From the moment you are greeted on arrival to the moment you are waved goodbye it is simply lovely. It is not surprising that there are so many returning guests.

This hotel stands out as one of the best we have visited . The staff are excellent and do all they can to make your holiday memorable. The manager Savas is visible all around the hotel from breakfast to the end of the evening checking in with guests . He went above and beyond for us, booking our meal at the Cullinarium a la carte where the staff there had set up our table for a celebration of our 25 th anniversary. The food was outstanding on the menu there as well as the buffet restaurant. There are always multiple choices on offer and vary each day . The hotel is clean and maintained to an excellent standard . The pool area felt spacious and plenty of sun beds available. We visited the beach area and offered ice creams the moment we arrived . Evening entertainment was fun . The silent disco was hilarious. A singer at the sunset bar was lovely and kareoke after was fun . Our room was very comfortable and the room service each day perfect . Location is perfect , 20 minutes to walk along to the old town which was very interesting to see . I cannot find a single fault with this hotel and we will most certainly return . You can definitely see how Tui Barut Andiz wins awards . Thank you Savas for a wonderful holiday .

Another first class holiday to this little gem of a hotel. The management and staff are just amazing - special thanks to Savas, George, Mehmet Ali and Hassan, Nuri and Emre and chef in the a la carte, all the Mehmets and the great chefs, Haran, both Buraks and Julia at the pool bar, Halid at top bar, the happiest girl ever in the coffee shop, and everyone else who i havent been able to name! The food is top notch too. There really is no other hotel like it! If you are reading this review and havent been to this hotel, it is a must visit, you wont regret it!!

There really is nowhere like this from start to finish the experience is exceptional. This is our 3rd visit and already booked in again for next year. The manager Savas has taken the hotel to a whole new level, the greeting you get as you walk through the door is like being greeted by your favourite family. The staff throughout are always smiling and cannot do enough for you. Leaving tomorrow and already looking forward to returning next year.

Just book it ! you won’t be disappointed, that’s if there is availability, as so many customers are repeating their holiday at Barut Andiz year after year, which is simply astonishing. Our first visit to Barut Andiz & like everyone says it is so amazing, Savas the hotel Manager always to be seen, checking in on guests to make sure everything is okay. Nice touch. The bar staff work tirelessly to ensure you have drinks, always smiling & happy. Same applies to ALL staff always helpful, & happy. What a great staff team. Food is delicious always something you will like, plenty of choice from main restaurant to snack bar for lunch (yummy) & Al a Carte for dinner (1 visit for a week, 2 for 2wk). Also offer a celebration visit. The special touches never end: on departure you can request a pack lunch. So kind. Lobby bar: great cocktails & exceptional service from the bar man who looks after you. Sun-beds: no need to get up at 6am, can leisurely get sun-beds after 8am. The SPA we had Turkish bath & deep tissue massage was fabulous. We never usually go back to same hotel as it is a big world with lots of nice places to go & see, but totally understand why so many revisit. We met so many lovely friendly people, & thoroughly enjoyed our 11 nights.

Just returned from our first trip to this exceptional hotel and it certainly did not disappoint. From the second we stepped through the doors we were made to feel so welcome. Check in was very quick and even though we arrived after 12 we were told to grab a free of charge drink from the bar (charges apply after 12) and there were delicious rolls and cakes on offer. Our room was amazing. We went for the junior suite which was huge and had everything you would need and was modern and spotless just like the rest of the hotel. The pool area is relaxed and ismail does an excellent job of providing drinks, cold towels and fruit throughout the day. Food is of a high quality and plentiful and there is always something you can find to eat. The snack bar has a great selection at lunchtime and the burgers looked out of this world. I didn’t have one but I spoke to others that did and they said they were delicious. The Evening entertainment was good. Not everything to my taste but that is just a personal preference. The pool Party and the silent disco were so funny and well worth a go! I honestly couldn’t find fault with this hotel and I can see why people return year after year. You are made to feel so welcome by Savas the manager who is always there asking if you’re ok and if there is anything you need. I will definitely return as a week wasn’t enough for me. So many staff members stood out for me but a huge shout out to gorgeous George who always made sure our drinks on the sunset bar never were empty. Savas, your staff are a credit to you!!! I’m honoured to have found this hotel and now am part of the Barut Andiz family ❤️
