Ajmer Hotels with Shuttle Service

The room is quite good overall and cleaner than other hotels in India, although the furniture was full of dust and there was damp on the wall. But there are many details that need to be improved: The first day there was a bottle of water in the room (although hot), but the second day they didn't leave it; So, we asked for it and they told us to order it from the restaurant. We had to explain to them (as best we could, because the guys who send the room don't speak English, only Hindi) that the water was not for drinking, it was for brushing our teeth because we can't do it with tap water. In all the hotels in India except this one, they have put water in the room for us to brush our teeth and drink. The first day there was only a small bottle of shower gel in the room and it is a room for two people; So, we had to order another one. The next day, when we left the room, we told reception that when they cleaned it they should leave two bottles of gel and hand towels, because there was only a shower, but when we arrived there was only one bottle and no hand towels. We had to ask again for the towels and another bottle of gel and explain that each person needs a bottle because they are small. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was very little in the room. The first day there was no hot water in the shower; So, my boyfriend took a cold shower. Before taking a shower, I called the reception to say that there was no hot water, they gave it to us and I was able to take a shower with hot water. The next day there was no hot water again; So, before taking a shower, we called reception to ask for it, they came to try to give it to us, but they made us wait a long time and it didn't come out hot; So, we got tired of waiting and we both took cold showers. When we went down to the reception to check out we discussed it and they told us that we should have notified us again, how many times do we have to ask for hot water for them to give it to us? There is a refrigerator but it doesn't work. The room was already paid for through the application in which we booked it, but when we checked out they made us wait to see if there was any more charge and they tried to charge us for restaurant charges that were not ours, since we had not ordered anything. They brought first one ticket, then two others... They don't even know who the restaurant tickets belong to. Is incredible! We told them that we couldn't waste any more time because the train was leaving and we left.

We stayed at Pratap Mahal and have this complementary offering related to Pushkar ji darshan, where they guided us end to end and where we met Mr. Ajay Parashar pandit ji. He possess a very positive aura. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Panditji at Pushkar. From the moment we met him, he guided us through everything with great patience and knowledge. He explained the history and significance of the rituals in detail, making the entire experience deeply meaningful. The VIP Darshan was smooth and well-organized, allowing us to offer our prayers without any hassle. The Pushkar Puja was truly blissful, and the entire atmosphere felt peaceful and spiritual. Panditji’s expertise and the way he conducted everything made it a divine and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend him to anyone visiting Pushkar for a spiritual and fulfilling journey!

They are following perfect Rajasthani traditional culture. Here you will see different -2 arts of Rajasthani cultural like - ghoomar, katputli dance. Food facility also included in tickets - you will get daal baatti churma etc etc. Food was too yummy or delicious. Entry ticket price around 700 rupees. The entry fee is very nominal compare to the service they are providing. For kids also train is there. If you want feel the Rajasthani taste in short then go for it.

There is a nice conference hall with capacity of 80-100 chairs with projector set-up. We did so ***y conference here and we feel that here all staff is in good ***ners. By the way restaurant is also in nice interior and food price in genuine.

Stay was very comfortable and the breakfast is too good with quality. Bathrooms little tiny for regular rooms. Although experience was great. Anybody who need good & quality breakfast in this morning, can stay at kc in. Would personally recommend.

We have stayed there with our staff and we enjoyed the stay and food both. They have a great variety of food in their menu and everything was amazing. They upgraded our rooms as well.
