You need to keep asking provide dental kit shaving kit The lady at the restaurant didn’t know the menu was arguing with my husband to look into menu provided to us in room and order Later another service boy came and said it’s old menu we are sorry you order from new menu. Madam ko idea nai hai So all this things not expected Also there were not ready to give mosquito repellent as they have given it to other customer. I ordered it from Blinkit but they can’t

GGuest UserServices provided do not justify charges taken. Food was average, we regretted booking dinner too. What was the worst was that due to central geyser, for 10min we had to keep water running every-time to get hot water. Truly wastage. 4

GGuest UserPlace was easy to locate. Rooms were spacious, clean and installed with ac, fridge and tv. Staff was polite, cooperating, and well behaved. Food was also good. Overall a nice place to stay and relax yourself.

While there were some positives, there were also several areas that left much to be desired. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were kept tidy, and the housekeeping staff seemed diligent in their work. However, I did notice some minor issues, such as stains on the carpet and a musty smell in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The customer service was lacking, to say the least. Staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing assistance. It was disheartening to have my inquiries met with apathy instead of genuine concern. Improved customer service could have gone a long way in enhancing the overall experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel fell short of expectations. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the fitness center was poorly equipped, with outdated machines and limited options for exercise. The lack of on-site dining options was also disappointing, as it required venturing out for meals. The location of the hotel was average at best. While it was conveniently situated near some attractions, it was also in a noisy and crowded area. This made for a less peaceful and relaxing stay than I had hoped for. In summary, my stay at this hotel was average, with some notable drawbacks. Improved cleanliness, customer service, and amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests. With some adjustments, this hotel could offer a more enjoyable stay for its visitors.

GGuest UserLocated near the railway station within 5 minutes distance. Easy to approach. Food was affordable and great. All facilities are working under good conditions and newly renovated. Calm places. Good room service. Overall stay was great. Highly recommended.
