You should specify that there is no parking as such in the hotel, but you are simply reimbursed 10% of the nearest pay parking.
And it would have been good to have air conditioning at 30 and peak degrees, and not just that they offer you heating.

TTiffany RuffleHardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.

GGuest UserHotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind.
My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.

But inside the hotel, the entrance is very innovative and nice,
Although we can't speak Spanish or English, the staff at the front desk and bar were very nice and made us feel at ease during our stay! The room was very spacious and clean.

PPang QThe hotel is in a good location, a 10-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum and close to the old town. The room is clean, parking is convenient (underground parking garage), and the breakfast is good. The only thing that was a bit troublesome was that after navigating to the hotel, the main entrance of the hotel was not along the street, but you had to climb the stone stairs outside the building to the 3rd floor, where the reception was (Figure 1 below). But after the front desk learned how to open the door along the street and the underground garage, it was quite convenient.

AAlexandraI thought the sauna was included in our stay thatâs why I booked the hotel.
When Iâve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section .
Spa and sauna are not the same and if itâs a cost to it , that should be mentioned.
Anything else was amazing . Also they donât have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa.
Itâs like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought itâs a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and youâve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you wonât use or you donât get it!
Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

GGuest UserGood location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful.
Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about.
Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.

GGuest UserAn old five-star hotel. The old boy at the door has a five-star attitude, and the young one is quite enthusiastic. The rooms facing the inner patio are very noisy. Many equipments are in the inner patio. The higher you go, the louder the sound. The soundproofing of the windows is not very good. The location is in Plaza de Mayo, which is convenient for travel. The breakfast is good.

SSHILIThe breakfast was really good. The hotel staff is very good, the lobby manager has something. He always communicates patiently and shares it with other people to know about it. It is worthy of praise and recommendation for everyone to stay here. Within 1 km range you can get to the train station and the coach station. Convenience.
