We did not have a Chinese phone number so she ordered food on Meituan for us. She even gave us a late check-out for free because the cable car was not running in the morning due to strong winds. 6 floor cozy hotel, cleaning everyday. Ashtray in the room but we don't smoke. Smoke feels in the toilet. Bathroom and toilet made very accurate. Fresh eater bottles renewed, have a kettle and the teapot. But no tea! Neither tea, nor coffee in the room. You may buy Chinese tea in the shop on the street, but beware of the fraud (trade more to death!). Restaurant on the first floor makes a 15% discount for hotel guests.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. There is a parking lot at the door, but there is no charging station. There is a charging station in the shopping mall opposite, but it charges slowly and is difficult to locate. I searched for a whole circle. The hotel's environment and facilities are quite good and new, but the formaldehyde smell in the room is a bit strong. I felt a little dizzy and had a headache when I slept. I think it will be much better if I take a walk. The hotel breakfast is ok. It is very close to Tunxi Old Street, but it is not recommended. Tunxi Old Street has too much business atmosphere. Instead, it is more recommended to visit the New Street. If you want to climb Huangshan, it is not recommended to stay here. It takes more than an hour to get to Huangshan from here, and you don't have enough time.

This stay was a 12/10! Firstly, the exterior of the hotel was stunning first look as you enter. Then, they let us store some of our bags here that we did not need to bring to the top of the mountain for one night so we didn’t need to carry so many things which was extremely helpful. Then, from the hotel they drove us to the south entrance & the car was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast & laundry!! So good. The following day as we came back from the mountains, we were given a number to contact someone from the hotel to come pick us up and bring us back to the hotel! There were many employees there to assist us when we arrived. One was helping us check in, another was telling us about their room service and showing us the menu. As we were getting our bags that we left, a female employee helped us carry all our heavy bags by herself and kindly showed us where our room was. Even when we tried to help her, she would say its okay. Moreover, when we arrived into our rooms, the first look was that it was extremely neat and tidy, the atmosphere had a homey comfortable vibe, smells nice and very spacious for a family of 4! Highly recommend to stay here! They also go out of their way to help us with special requests and showed they sincerely cared for their guests happiness. ＜3

The room is very clean, stylishly designed, newly renovated, all smart, and comparable to Atour in terms of comfort. The price is affordable and very cost-effective. There are many local restaurants around and can be reached within walking distance. The boss also drove us to Huangshan South Square Transfer Center, yyds is great!
