I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests."
