Chiang Mai Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Room is well maintained despite being an older hotel. Room is large and cleaning is done daily. Breakfast is excellent. They have halal option as well. Chinese, western cuisine for breakfast. Enjoyed it and didn’t feel bored despite having breakfast for 3 days. Hotel is located near 3 night bazaars, definitely a good location to stay. 7 eleven is opposite the hotel.

Forget the name Travel Lodge this felt well-polished. With ascetic of an art gallery. Didnt include breakfast in my booking but went (paid extra on arrival 250thai baht). Looked specifically for a gym when booking and had one, not the best (1 resistance machine, lat pull down, free weight and cardio machines) gym opened from 06:00-22:00. The Pool looked nice but I didn't get in. It and the gym are situated on the top of the building which makes for a great view. Would stay again.

A Realy good hotel with value of your money, a specially if you’re solo travel. Like the room and it’s quite big …. All necessary stuff it in the room . Yes, the hotel it’s like a bit older , but it’s all tidy and clean. For the long time I didn’t see a room with a bath 🛀. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearly 7/112 and good vegan cafe ( also with friendly price ) And the last thing, it’s also good location to catch all the historical place in the “old city” 🌆

What a very beautiful place to stay in nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. My only negatives would be that the rooms were a bit run down and smelt very damp considering the price we paid for the plunge pool room. Also the plunge pool room doesn’t have much privacy as you can see your neighbours either side and the room above is set back. Also burning season slightly spoilt our trip to Chiang Mai as the air pollution made me have “hay fever” for the entire stay and it got worse the longer we stayed.

We had a superb stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations with the price we paid. Food, bed, shower, internet and staff service were all excellent. Location is perfect for tourists like us. The Thapae Gate is a few minutes away and other shops. We had a beautiful view of the canal. The hotel was beautiful .

Not a good experience because a damaged toilet. Stinks a lot Hardest bed I've sleeped in. Is not a bed is a thai massage bed. The sink faucet leaks water droplets constantly, and the sink drainage also leaks, so the water goes to the ground and then flows to the shower. The heating system surrounding plumbering is poorly done, you can't use the high shower alone, you have to use either both simultaneously, or only the flexible pipe shower. On day 2 at night, our toilet paper was not renewed. I requested a couple of rolls, and she only gave me 1, despite me insisting on having 2. The toilet paper is very thin it dissolves and breaks easily, so you need to use more. And I've used it to fulfill the gap on the sink to wall hole drainage to somehow prevent odros from coming in.... All hardware and fournitures are at least 20 years old. Not a single bed around the swimming pool. The location is very good. Just side of a night market with cheap a nice food, objets clothes, and close to a long road that goes to old town, the road is full of all the kind of places you can imagine from thai to westerners bars passing through all Asia, plus Arab food, and massage centers, there is even hard rock cafe.

I guess star rating systems are based on the location's other hotels? If yes, this hotel is on the borderline between and 3 and 4 stars, closer to the 3. I think the single best quality about the place is the location, it's at the heart of Nimman district. The rooms are spacious and the interior itself is fairly clean and new. Liked the cute moose design elements throughout, the rooftop is decent but not a lot of ppl go there I think and the pizza served by them was not thaf great. Now for the other lacking parts: first the gym is a joke ( one rack of dumbells, a bench, and a couple running machines all cramped up inside), the breakfast is not horrible but subpar for a 4 star if you asked me. There is almost no noise cancelling between the rooms, only a single elevator for hotel this size, little tiny ants here and there, and thats it. Definitely caters to the Chinese crowd so theres a lot of them, but cant blame them. If youre looking for a Nimman hotel with a good location and modern interior I think it could be a decent choice if the price is right. But definitely at the lower end of the 4 star spectrum, I prob will try another before I visit again.

Decent location. Near to 2 malls and a lot of options for shopping and food. Only problem is their service quality. Their check in time was delayed and while being offered a welcome drink. The cafe is either unmanned or closed early. Might have to look into soundproofing as it’s near the airport so expect to hear planes flying and landing. But good stay for a few days.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. Arrived on a Friday and left on Monday. We stayed here because of its close location to Sunday night market. Very convenient location. Like others have said, there is a school right next door so can be quite loud during the day. I was woken up Monday morning at 8am because of talking heard nearby. Maybe it was from the school? The breakfast is okay. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. I couldn't seem to find any Western tea like English breakfast or earl grey in the whole hotel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. AC worked almost too well 😆 bathtub was wide and deep. One downside was the sink had a very high rim. I could barely wash my face. Husband and I are both shorties so others may not have any trouble.
