Chiang Mai Hotels with Wifi

I had a wonderful experience with Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai. A very peaceful stay. Very clean room, plenty of amenities and a very nice place to stay over all. I had great food as well. I loved their spa and the massages I had were wonderful. The view from the roof was super cool, and the pool was nice. All hotel staff were kind and went out of their way to help me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable, Stay with Nimman!

Forget the name Travel Lodge this felt well-polished. With ascetic of an art gallery. Didnt include breakfast in my booking but went (paid extra on arrival 250thai baht). Looked specifically for a gym when booking and had one, not the best (1 resistance machine, lat pull down, free weight and cardio machines) gym opened from 06:00-22:00. The Pool looked nice but I didn't get in. It and the gym are situated on the top of the building which makes for a great view. Would stay again.

Room is very spacious considering it’s a budget hotel. Very close to airport so that’s convenient. Not many eateries around. No stairs so please take note if you have heavy luggage.

Super clean room, pool, friendly staff and great service! Super attentive to our requests for help and always provides water at your door at the end of each day! Sadly there is a cat in the lobby so it’s very hard for my husband and I to eat in peace without it trying to eat our food too, otherwise the cat is harmless and adorable! Great experience. Super close to the Saturday night market too! Would book again if I come back to Chiang Mai! Pictures may look a bit messy cuz I forgot to take a picture before my stay 🥲🥲

The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability. While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.

Hotel is clean. The staff is helpful. There is a cafe that open 24 hours and also is a front desk for check-in.

Elevator is not available for rooms in the lower block of this old hotel. Breakfast is ordinary. Reception counter is very friendly and helpful. A good Thai massage parlor, 7-Eleven, large night market and Maya shopping mall are in the vicinity. It takes only 15 minutes from airport by taxi.

The hotel is quite old but is being renovated regularly. The atmosphere around the accommodation is quiet. The air conditioning is cool. The electricity and water in the room are considered good. The staff provides good service. There is enough parking space. It may be a little far from convenience stores.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. Room is well maintained despite being an older hotel. Room is large and cleaning is done daily. Breakfast is excellent. They have halal option as well. Chinese, western cuisine for breakfast. Enjoyed it and didn’t feel bored despite having breakfast for 3 days. Hotel is located near 3 night bazaars, definitely a good location to stay. 7 eleven is opposite the hotel.
