Makati Hotels with Airport Shuttle

We staid at U Makati Hotels for 2 nights before leaving Philippines. We got a big discount so that affected the booking of the room. It was very cheap with the discount. We would have liked location closer to the airport but with Grab you can move around the city easily. Room's TV didn't work but I mentioned about it only after we were leaving so I don't know how good the fixing of this would have been. We didn't have breakfast or eat at the hotel so food quality is unknown. Otherwise everything was good in the hotel, you couldn't really hear too much noise from the outside even there is a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs in the area. We were on the 6th floor so maybe that has something to do with that. I didn't really enjoy the smell in the lobby but my gf liked it. One weird issue was that we bought some fruits to eat in the room and we asked a knife but it was against the hotel's policy but they said fruits can be peeled and cut in the kitchen, which they did. In total the quality of the hotel to price ratio was really good and we wanted to just sleep in the hotel.

The receptionists were super friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to keep the restrooms clean with regular cleaning schedules. What really impressed me was how considerate and respectful the other guests were - despite being a bunkbed dorm with a lot of people, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I didn't have any issues with noise, which was a big plus. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the curtain didn't fully block out the light, and there was no extra pillow (bolster) provided. Overall, a great experience!

Red Planet Is our first choice hotel. The place is accessible where we headed. When it comes to cleanliness, facilities and services, it was good. We haven't tried their food as we are out and our relatives treat us. But next time I will definitely must try. The overall experience is awesome.

Good hotel for price but dont expect much. They dont even have a printer to help you. The hotel has a club in it which is really cool. But as far as rooms even thr non-smoking one smells of cigarettes. And the bathroom faucetts are falling apart. The owner needs to do more maintenance

If you were to stay here, pls opt for the room facing away from Valero Street as there is on-going construction at the opposite. Even at 1 am it is noisy. As for breakfast option, it is simple.I wished it could have more choices. Heck, better you book rooms only and eat out for breakfast. Iron has seen better days and it was not consistent with its heat even though at much lower setting but still almost burnt my working shirt.

Clean and comfortable hotel with very helpful staff and good security. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The main room had a sofa which was so small and uncomfortable I could not sit on it. TV was OK and Internet was very good. Limited cooking options available in kitchen area. Gym was small and a bit cluttered but hardly used so it was OK for me. Reception staff very responsive and helpful. A lot of building work nearby which is not too noisy but means the building is a bit cut off. When the building work is complete it would be an OK place to stay.

Had a fantastic experience at New World Makati Hotel. The room was spotless and super comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Loved the swimming pool and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Thanks

For just over $100/night, I landed a corner penthouse studio with windows on 2 sides - one side has an amazing panoramic view of the city skyline! The hotel has a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and a restaurant. One big plus is that on every floor, there is a purified water dispenser allowing unlimited refill for guests. In most hotels, after 2 complimentary bottles, you have to buy your own, which could really add up. The downsides are one of the lift or elevator was down for 2 days during my stay causing chaos. The sauna was very small - literally good for one person and had to be reset every 20 minutes. There is still construction going on on the roof deck as they are building a small bar/ restaurant next to the pool. Service is 10 out of 10! The staff are incredible! They are polite, very helpful and available 24 hours. They really go out of their way to help out!

Location and what’s inside the room: Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Makati, Seda stands out as a solid choice with a great surrounding area. It's safe to walk around even at night, with numerous dining options just 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, and with the lobby on the 19th floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views from your room. Our room was on the 30th floor, offering a fantastic view. The toiletries are of good quality, unlike the cheaper options found in other hotels, and they also provide bathrobes and high-quality slippers. This hotel is more of a residence-style accommodation, ideal for longer stays, as it includes a full set of kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, rice cooker, and a fully stocked fridge), along with an iron and hairdryer. They also offer a self-service laundry facility in a designated area. Breakfast: Breakfast is available depending on your booking, and if not included, it costs 899 per adult and 450 for kids. The food selection is decent, but the best parts are the fruit & yogurt section and the bread selection. The rest of the offerings are fairly standard. The breakfast area is located on the 35th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers while dining outdoors. Facilities/Amenities: There’s a game room, gym, playroom, and an outdoor pool with a great view. However, the pool feels a bit lackluster and doesn’t have a lifeguard on duty, making it less ideal for children. My kid typically loves pools, but he found this one boring. It could definitely be improved to make it more inviting and enjoyable. Parking: FREE parking on first come first serve basis. Price: As of April 2025, Seda Residences Makati offers the following room rates: Studio Deluxe (31 sqm): ₱9,055 net per night. Seda Hotels Studio Premier (43 sqm): ₱9,643 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Deluxe (50 sqm): ₱10,819 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Premier (55-57 sqm): ₱11,642 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Deluxe (93 sqm): ₱14,700 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Premier (108 sqm): ₱16,000 net per night. Three-Bedroom Premier (150 sqm): ₱18,000 net per night. But you get to enjoy some discounts from other platforms like Trip.com depending on your Tier. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price.

Always stay here whenever I go back to Philippines, always my first choice. Front desk girl should have more training in customer service , she is so unwelcoming
