From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing and so professional! We ended up having an issue in our room with the AC not working, however the staff was so quick to solve the problem and was really kind about it, so it was no biggie. The room was beautiful, and the view was out of the world. They also gave us some wine as an apology for the inconvenience, which we appreciated! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in chongqing! This was one of the best hotels we’ve been to.
