The hot spring is good and there are very few people. The hotel is very clean.

Amenities for children included slippers and original mini handkerchiefs. Furthermore, the children were very happy to receive an original picture book from Route Inn. Doutor Coffee is right next to the check-in counter. There were free drinks and it was so popular that there was a line in the morning.

I was a little disappointed that the breakfast selection was small, but everything else was fine. Especially the bath was very clean and great. The front desk service was also good.

I was glad I could relax in the hot springs. This is a very nice hotel.

We used by watching game of child. It was the second day of opening, so it was shiny and comfortable. The front desk was inexperienced but polite. Cospa was pretty good overall. I wanted tea for the breakfast buffet.

I think the simple exterior of the building and its chic colors are very nice. I was also happy to see that they even provided shaving foam in the bath!

禁煙室を予約したがタバコの臭いが強い部屋となった。部屋の変更に応じてもらえたが、変更後の部屋のエアコンをつけると、強い酸っぱい臭いがして、気持ち悪くなった、部屋の状態をチェックした上で、部屋の変更を再度お願いして、やっと、普通の禁煙室にたどり着けた。他にも、問題は山積み。ホテルが営業を始めてまだ２年だそうだが、働く人たちに、明らかに中弛みか見られる。これらが改善されない限り、このホテルと、この様なホテルの状態を野放ししにしているルートインには宿泊しないつもりだ。同じ宿泊代で、他にはたくさん、まともなホテルがある。

前台服務很好，員工很有禮貌 房間雖然不大，但都有一張枱仔及小型梳化供使用. 浴室非常乾淨，很衞生. 有公共浴場，可浸溫泉放鬆一下

ホテルルートインは駐車場がとめやすいところがいい。また、温泉がついているので、からだを休めることができる。満足しました。
