Gem in Lao Vientiane

Very close to the city center and the staffs overthere are friendly and helpful

Nice Hotel. Small but cozy. Easy to get to the hotel. Good location. Friendly and good service mind of their staff. Never hesitate to come back again for next VTE Trip.

Good: Central Location, with many cafes and restaurants around. Bad: No internet at all on the 4th Floor. I had to work from the 2nd floor at the reception. The WC were not clean and the bathroom smelled of pee. No elevator: not very pleasant if your room is on the fourth floor. Poor breakfast (if you can, book a room without breakfast and have cheap and great breakfasts in one of the many cafes around).

Although the hotel is not large, the location is very good and you can walk to the night market. You can also walk to a large shopping center in about 15 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious.

Here’s so beautiful and very clean. Then at the night here’s quiet and peace’s. Not far from Srihorm Market. You can go there by walk. Here very nice, I’m recommend.

Perfect quiet hotel in convenient location. Service was excellent. It’s a basic hotel, but very clean. Nice breakfast was included.

Hotel fulfilled expectations. Room was nice, bed comfortable, water hot. Hotel is nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, although slightly chaotic. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location right in the city it’s 50-100 metres off main road so it’s quiet. friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Would stay there again

I recently stayed at Bloom Boutique in Vientiane and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated amidst a plethora of restaurants and cafes, and is within walking distance to the night markets. The room at Bloom Boutique is also tastefully done and clean. However, my stay was marred by a disappointing encounter with the hotel's service. I informed the staff the night before for our breakfast to be packed as we were rushing to catch a train; to my dismay, I was handed cold croissants straight from the fridge that morning. When I questioned the quality, the staff's response was disheartening. He snapped at me, muttered something in Lao & took away the bag of cold croissants, presumably to address the issue. However, after waiting for ten minutes, there was no sign of him. Faced with no other choice & no other staff around, I had to leave without breakfast to catch my train. Despite its potential, Bloom Boutique needs to improve its service to provide a more satisfying guest experience.

Reasonable hotel not very sound proof. Not their fault but very noisy guests.

Location is very good, rooms are fine. Breakfast is very good in nice Café. We as a couple very very satisfied.
