Good job

Stayed in the residential room. Spacious hotel with nice location, near the Shizuoka station. Nice hotel staff. Great selection of tasty breakfast. Surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Walkable distance to many tourist attractions. Will definitely come back again.

It is easily accessible from Shizuoka Station and close to the downtown area, so I had no trouble finding places to eat. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, and I had a comfortable stay. The rooms and the building were very clean, and I thought it was an extremely comfortable hotel. Perhaps because it was on the top floor, the toilet didn't flush well, which was a bit of a concern. Still, my overall satisfaction level was very high, so I would like to use it again if I'm on a business trip.

The location is very convenient. There are many shopping malls and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Surugaya and DONKI are nearby. Although there is a parking lot, it is only for ultra-compact cars, and even the Nissan Dayz we rented could not be parked there.

It feels a bit old, but if you value cost-effectiveness, it might be a good choice. It's also close to Shizuoka City, which is nice.

The room was on the 7th floor, but the water pressure in the shower was weak. I chose a plan with breakfast and had a buffet in the morning, and there was a lot to eat and it was delicious.

We used this hotel because the concert venue was Shizuoka Civic Cultural Center. It is easily accessible from both Shin-Shizuoka Station and the Civic Cultural Center. The hotel is spacious, so I think it would be easy for groups to use.
