During the New Year, my family and I organized a trip to Osaka, Wakayama, and Shirahama in Japan. We really did not choose the wrong hotel in Shirahama. The room was very large and had a sea view. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and were just in time to check in. We booked two nights this time, both with one night and two meals. When the car was delivered to our hotel, someone came up to greet us. We first checked the names of the guests and then went to the front desk. The room numbers were prepared in advance, so it was quite fast. There are three types of services in the room (see the picture below). We chose the middle one with a refund of 1,500 yen. In fact, we should have chosen the one with a refund of 2,000 yen. Towels do not need to be replenished at all, and there are no towels in the large bath that need to be taken down. The refund can be used for consumption in the hotel for these two days. A tax fee needs to be paid when checking out. The breakfast and dinner were really good👍, very exquisite. Our family of 10 arranged a private room for us. It was very private and we had to enter barefoot. The dinners for the two days were all Kaiseki cuisine, and the elderly and children said it was very good👌. After dinner, there was a happy hour from 19:00 to 21:00 in the lobby bar on the first floor. You can go there to sit and taste plum wine🥃wine🍷, as well as various nuts and snacks🥜. There was also free coffee☕️ and tea🍵 in the morning. I have to mention that the ice cream🍦 here is also very delicious and has a strong milky flavor. Let's talk about the room. The room is very large, 70 square meters, with 2 bathrooms🚻2 large balconies facing the white sand beach and the sea🌊. It is said that this hotel is hard to find a room in summer. The hotel's large bathhouse is also great😎. The first floor is a garden view, and the second floor is a sea view. Men and women switch during the day and night, so please check the time🤓 There is a foot bath not far from the hotel to the left. You can soak your feet while watching Entsuki Island. After soaking our feet, we followed the sunset🌇 and walked all the way down. We took the most beautiful photo of the sunset🌄 of Entsuki Island, which is so beautiful🥰 There is also a super large Daiso supermarket not far from the hotel. It seems to be open 24 hours a day, which is super convenient for shopping. I like this hotel very much🏨, it has its own unique white sand beach, and it is very photogenic📷😍

I've stayed at this hotel about once before It is a very special castle style design and the lobby is very gorgeous. Don’t believe it is just a 4-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The hot springs are all designed. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a lot of variety and the taste is generally good. This time I will visit again and we will prepare welcome refreshments.

We were impressed by the staff's extremely polite attitude and the way they used language when we checked in. Our family of four stayed in a room with four beds in one room. The view was great, the illuminations were beautiful at night, and the surrounding hotels probably helped create a nice atmosphere. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were luxurious and we enjoyed a lot. The bath was also great, with an open-air bath and the fresh air was refreshing. We were a little confused as it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel from the road. It would have been nice if there had been clearer signs.

There is a Chinese-speaking front desk staff in the hotel, and the rest of the front desk staff can speak English. There is a public bath on the second floor of the hotel, 3 pools, and additional spa services can be purchased. The room is quite large, and opposite is the white sand beach, which is very beautiful.

Convenient location, get off the bus is the hotel, the hotel large bath is very comfortable, soundproofing facilities are very poor, not suitable for children to stay, hotel meal quality is average, just full, staff work mechanically, did not listen to the needs of guests, because we are on trip.com Booking, the hotel staff made a mistake and forcibly charged the fee for one more child, although in the end Trip .com had a refund of the fee, because the fee issue lingered in the hotel for nearly an hour, it felt very bad not to receive assistance, resulting in a very unpleasant journey that day. Finally, I want to talk about a fairly large hotel, no staff who understand basic simple English.

The hotel is located by the sea and has a private beach (stone beach). The room terrace has a private hot spring, and it feels very free to watch the seaside hot spring. The main course for dinner is Japanese-style roast and beef, with two Italian and Spanish pre-foods, Japanese fried rice and ice cream. Because the location of the hotel is relatively remote, I have to drive by myself. The hotel is built on the mountain. The parking lot is a slope away from the reception desk. When checking in and leaving the hotel, the waiter will use the Golf car to carry guests and luggage to the parking lot and the reception desk. The check-in record is very simple, just report the reservation name, no registration and deposit are required. The waiter will take the initiative to send the luggage to the room via the stairs, and will not bother the guests at all. The service is first-class. Although the space in the room is slightly thin, it is still enough. The room was clean and well maintained. In summary, private hot springs and hotel services on the guest terrace are selling points 👍🏻

This homestay is seen in other hotels in Xinyi without rooms and tried to book it. It is a fresh Japanese style. The room is not as good as the suite. The interior is divided into a porch and 3 functional rooms. The utensils and equipment are clean and new. The toothbrush and other configurations are no different from the hotel. The nearby hot spring tickets are also provided. A family of three or four can live in a very comfortable place. There is also a screen that can be used for simple partitions. If you take Japanese-style photos, you can make a lot of films. There are 3 buses from Shibahama JR Station, about 8 stops. After getting off the bus, you can walk for 4-5 minutes. The yellow and white brush of the whole building is very eye-catching in the surrounding gray buildings. There is a sign on the roadside. The store will send the route one day before check-in (although not completely correct) But in general, it is not difficult to find it in combination with Google map. But the defects in this place are also obvious. First of all, the self-check-in and check-out are fully self-check-in. The store has a phone and does not speak Chinese. If you have something, you need to transfer through Trip.com. Second, it may be a relationship that has just opened. There are few errors in the information left, which is easy to mislead. For example, there is no parking lot in the information. The actual house is a parking lot in front of the house. Each suite will also provide a parking space. For example, breakfast can be provided, but there is no such option at all, and there is no supermarket and store opened at night in the 20 minutes or so around the apartment. There is a picture of the bathroom in the photo, but there is no indication in the public facilities that the bathroom is shared by 2 apartments. I also learned when I received the check-in precautions of the store the day before check-in. Frankly, if I know in advance, I will definitely not choose here. Two nights we were wondering if there were any guests in the other suite. The bathroom was at the end of the corridor. There was no air conditioning in the corridor. The bathroom door was very thick and the lock was not very good. I was a little worried when I took a shower. There was a small exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was very stuffy. There is a dirty clothes basket in the outside room, and there is no place to change clothes and towels. There is no elevator, and it is very tired to move up and down if the luggage is heavy. There is no washing machine, which is a bit of a reduction in the frequent change and washing on the beach in summer. Soundproofing is average, and the cars on the road can be heard at night. I don’t know what the problem with the Japanese-style air conditioner in Room 301 is. Every minute or so, there is a sound like the sewer pipe blocking the water and turning up. It is on the top of the head, which affects sleep. Through Trip.com and the store feedback, the result let me provide evidence and make me make a good recording. Go to Bailiangbin for about 20 minutes, 1 stop from the seafood market, about 10 minutes, to other attractions to take the bus. Baibin's bus interval is relatively long, more than half an hour, and it will be gone after 6 o'clock. In addition to the bus station and other lively traffic points, taxis are rarely seen, which also need to be considered.
