Shirahama Apartments

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance. Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided. Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day. Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good. Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away. If you come back to Baibin, you will choose again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We booked a room with a private onsen that overlooks the ocean. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and/or rainy most of the trip, but the view was still spectacular, and the onsen was incredible. The hotel itself has an older exterior, but the inside is immaculate. There is a bar with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The Italian restaurant also has floor to ceiling windows that look over the pool. Our suite was the best (and biggest) hotel room that we stayed in while visiting Japan (including a massive shower, a double sink vanity, and a seat for the vanity). However, we did book a suite with a king bed, but were told that all of the rooms have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together. It was not ideal, but that was the only issue that we had. Infinito also had the most in-room amenities out of all of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Infinito provided the usual amenities (hair dryer, water bottles, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath slippers, etc.) AND several additional amenities (cookies to eat with tea, hair straightener, a second set of Bulgari amenities, a skin treatment set, hotel wear, indoor and outdoor slippers, etc.). The staff was absolutely fantastic. My husband had arranged for flowers in the room for our arrival, and the hotel was very responsive and able to accommodate his request. In addition, we had the pleasure of meeting Chiho, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Chiho (and the rest of the hotel management and staff) helped us find restaurants and make reservations, and even arranged for shuttle service to the restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle from Shirahama station and a shuttle to Nanki-Shirahama Airport. One thing to note is that the hotel is still strict with Covid policies (moreso than the other places we stayed in Japan), so be prepared to fill out a questionnaire and wear gloves when dining at the buffets. Infinito is a little out-of-the-way, but is definitely worth the trek.

This was a wonderful stay - the room was huge. There was a ton of space. It’s a great place to stay for couples. The room had a big bathroom, traditional japanese futons, tatami mats, and robes. The hotel itself has a bunch of private onsens that you can reserve free of extra charge. It’s a great location within walking distance of a ramen restaurant, the beach, and a bus stop that can take you around shirahama/Wakayama area.

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

It's far away, but it's just in a good location to use a large bath and a self kitchen. Small children were together, but I was able to spend slowly without worrying about the surroundings. The room was cleaned well and the bed was fuzzy and comfortable. There is a refrigerator with a freezer. The washbasin and toilet are 2 by 2. The washroom of the open-air bath takes about 5 minutes to get hot water. The open-air bath in umeboshi is the size that all the families can enter and the children are very large. I was very satisfied. Apart from the open-air bath, there is a bathroom in the room. Outside the hotel There is a shower and faucet, so I think it will be convenient when it comes from the sea in summer. Self kitchen With everything, the oven toaster, microwave oven, dishes, spoons, chopsticks, children's tableware, lap and various things were important. The time was written at 7:00 〜 22:00. shampoo bar It is in the corridor near the public bath, and it is possible to put it in a small cup and take it. I went to the cherry blossom bath about 22 o'clock, but it was hot enough to not even put my legs. I thought I would have a little more temperature adjustment. It was a pity only for the public bath, but I would like to take care of you again with great satisfaction overall.

I stayed in a twin room with a dog. The same room for pets seems to be limited to the annex, and there is no bath in the room and you can't see the view, but the amenities for pets were substantial. I was a little worried about sleeping with a bed because I had a 6-month-old baby, but I was able to sleep well without worrying about falling because I attached two beds to the wall side! I was grateful for your concern. The hot springs also have crib in the dressing room, diapers trash cans, and children's chairs in the bathhouse, which is also helpful for families with small children. The dishes are buffet and there are quite a variety. Sashimi, sushi, steamed vegetables, roast beef, etc. Even baby food was placed. (12 months 〜 retort item) When I made a reservation from the official website, I stated that it was my wedding anniversary, but he gave me a commemorative photo at the restaurant. I was very happy with such a surprise even though I didn't tell you directly by phone. Only one point ‥ The elevator in the annex (pet room building) is too small. If you carry a suitcase, stroller, and a dog backpack on your back, you can't ride it unless you get insane and get tight. Also, there is a staircase in the corridor leading to the annex, so I put my luggage on the truck in the lobby, but I got to drop it all.

About 40 steps to the entrance as others write? You need to climb the stairs. Be careful if you are bad because you walk a little from the parking lot. I think there is no problem because there is an elevator in the building. There was a self-sufficiency space, work space and Japanese room paragraph space with work facilities, and it was clean and comfortable. The bath was good too. I stayed on the first day of the consecutive holiday. As far as the customer layer is seen, there is no purpose of work, and it feels like a family, a friend, and a waiver. So the Japanese room part in the night work space was a drinking bar. . . It was a dormitory on weekdays, but the dormitory room was quite large and surprising, and it was comfortable because the exclusive area per person was large. What I was worried about was the snoring of the next person. It is better to have an earplug. The small valuable locker is on the first floor. Since there is no locker for large luggage, it is necessary to leave it at the reception or to defend itself by padlocks. There is no supermarket in the walking distance, and even the nearest Family Mart is walking around, so it is better to buy before check-in. The parking lot of the inn on the first day of the holiday was full, and when I went out easily and left, I might be able to take another parking space, and I felt very hesitated to go to buy it by car. Please consult the parking lot in advance to the inn. You should adjust it. The staff at this inn was kind and nice. The whole was a very good stay.

Hotel location is good, breakfast food is suitable, hot spring fitness facilities are sufficient, staff is very polite but English is numb, service attitude is good and warm. It is very convenient to walk to nearby attractions and dinner, the room is large and full sea view. The only criticism is that the room is preset to be too hot and very dry, and there is no control method in the room. The solution is to open the air freshener plus dehumidification, and open the terrace glass door before going to bed.

First of all, the environment is very clean and the location is easy to find. You can take the bus directly from the JR station to Shirahama Station. You can walk there in five minutes according to the navigation. The owner's sister is a Chinese compatriot who has lived in Japan for many years. The breakfast prepared for the guests is also very exquisite. Knowing that the baby had a birthday that day, she specially prepared noodles and poached eggs in the morning, which was a surprise for the baby who loves noodles. On the last day, she also helped us book the best restaurant in this trip to Japan. The B&B is on Ginza Street. There are delicious restaurants around the B&B. The white sand beach is a five-minute walk across the street. I will choose here next time I come to Shirahama.
