The hotel was a good old style with spacious room and comfortable bed. However, it was somewhat like an AirB&B style accommodation, i.e. no personnel on site. Everything was clearly explained, including how to sort the rubbish, but not enough bin-bags provided for each type of the trash. We stayed for 4 nights and no housekeeping all through. The air- conditioner and wifi were working well. The area is very safe and convenient with the main bus stop and convenient stores nearby.

Parking lot number 2 is very far away and parking lot number 1 is very SEMAI , you should improve that!

The carpet in the room was very dirty, there was no water cup, there was a toothbrush but no toothpaste. I complained but it was useless. I was just quarreling over it. It’s so ****. This hotel is unmanned, so the check-in method is unique. (1) Make a reservation (2) Enter your name, address, phone number, etc. from the URL sent to you to check in in advance (3) A four-digit number for receiving the key is sent to you (4) When you arrive at the hotel, enter the four-digit number on the combination locker to take out the key I think this is a good budget hotel if you can get used to this unique check-in method. Be prepared for it to be old and dirty. Even in a multi-person room, there is only one cup, some rooms have washlets, while others do not, and even if there is one, it is an unfamiliar manual type, and although there is WiFi, the signal is weak and unusable in some rooms. There are convenience stores, public baths, 24-hour supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so the location is great.

The hotel has a good location facing the sea and close to the beach, but the room is old and the carpets were dirty! However, the bed sheets were clean and changed! Great for a 1-day reservation. There is a washing machine and dryer for those staying more than 1 day (they are paid). The hotel is not manned but you receive the coordinates of how to check in and check out via email, so it was super easy.

Due to the earthquake in August, the Kuroshio Cruise to Shirahama was closed and the beaches were closed. Our trip happened to be arranged during this period. The local tourism department also recommended that tourists contact the travel agency for refunds and negotiate with Ctrip. The result Ctrip said that the hotel firmly disagreed, and Urashima, another hotel on the same itinerary, gave a full refund!

Perfect location, we didn't need to bring much to the beach and we stayed up late enjoying the beach! It was worth it! It had everything you needed since it was right in front of the beach! I would go back to this hotel!

The furniture is quite old, the toilet is old, not automatic. This hotel is probably several decades old.

The location is great, right in front of Shirahama Beach. The price is very reasonable, so it was enough for me, who just wanted a place to stay in a good location, but I can't expect anything more than a place to stay.
