You enjoy the location it’s quite nearby the Mall Road though walking from The Mall Road to hotel is advisable but you should ask the Driver to Drop you at the lift. 140 years old British Era property with a fantastic human touch, Hospitality is on next level, While Enjoying our Breakfast we requested Chef Raj Kumar Bhatia to surprise us with a Himachali Dish he made Special Chilta for us which we will remember as & when we will visit Himachal again. We had a perfect stay in snow valley resort . staff was very cooperative and humble in nature as we are travelling first time with our 1 year old child. we had great experience out there related to service as well as food and surely in future we will visit again.

What we loved: The property is rich with history and cottage-on-the-hill decor. The strawberry trail was incredibly beautiful ( take the evening-sunset guided tour and go on your own the next morning post sunrise) - the views are worth it. Kaushik at the Bar served us excellent drinks - try the buransh infused special & the old fashioned. Had a great time discussing the recipes with Kaushik - excellent service The open air jacuzzi is a must do. Especially under a starry night & the moon. What could have been better: The food was above average but fell short of all the great things we’d heard about it - but again to each their own The room with the balcony was okay-ish, balcony didn’t necessarily offer a breathtaking view ( although great to catch the sun rising from behind the peaks ) Overall an absolutely beautiful experience and a must do. Can’t wait to visit again!

I have stayed in this property for four days. I had booked this property by reading the good reviews. And i must say i had never regretted my decision. Everything was above the mark. The staff were very courteous and taking care of every minute derails. I will specially like to appreciate mrs. Rekha sharma ( executive housekeeper) for her professionalism towards her work. I had left my laptop ***** with my important documents at the reception of hotel during checkout. When i reached home i found that bag was not there. I called her and immediately she responded. The very next day she had sent her person mr. Gee-eta ram sharma to the courier office which was quite far from her place. All the packing with extra care has been personally done by them. People with such attitude towards their work are very hard to find in today’s world. They are the real asset z for their organization. I wish the entire team of mrs. Relay sharma all the best. Please keep the good work.

This is a good hotel at Shimla Mall. Location: Right beside Mall elevator, just 30 mtr there is huge multilevel govt. parking space. It is on mall road and car can also get into the premises at entrace (ground floor). top floor connect mall road and they have own elevator. Amenities: central heating, playroom, even a Disco Food: Good food (room is with CP), restaurant is good, they also have bar with great view of town and you can also see the shimla church at a distance. Bakery is also in house. Room Tip: Basic room are on lower floor, luxury rooms are on upper floor and top floors are suite / family room. Comberemere luxury room are just fine for small family as they have king bed with road and city view.
