The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

The location is convenient and the facility is an old style hotel. The room faces the direction of Chitie Bridge, and you can see the sunset and a large green grass park. The breakfast is average, the service is average, there is no way to contact the front desk directly, you have to go to the front desk to ask for an extra pillow.

I just happened to see a hotel in Taipei in order to eat at an izakaya. The room was large, but the facilities were old and the hot spring was small. Peaceful and quiet. Isolated in beautiful nature. Full of character. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended - one should stay for a couple of days, with family and/or friends.

Excellent location with shopping stores and restaurants nearby.A heated room with windows that can be opened is a big plus.The man at the front desk speaks really good English!Very close to the famous wild eel restaurant.

The open-air bath in Taraso was very good I think there was a umbrella in the garden because it was a rainy day, and there was a worry about it.
