AAnonymous UserStaffs are very friendly although speak minimal English. Nothing google translate cannot help. The unit is very well equipped. Near Daiso, supermarket and convenient store. Overall very happy with my stay.
GGuest UserIt was the best stay I had on several islands in Kerama. Although the hotel is small, small lounge, there are three rooms. But the staff are extremely friendly and provide almost everything. And the accommodation facilities are really good, the room is absolutely comfortable. On the second floor, you can enjoy meals and baths, facing the sea. Free snorkeling equipment. The food is great. I feel cared about it.
GGuest UserDidn't see any staff (they left a letter at the Apar**ent main entrance, with instructions, pin for the main door and room number).
Apar**ent style with kitchenette, washing machine, & fridge. Have hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body foam, face/hand foam, but no safe.
Just drop the room key into a box near the main entrance lift lobby upon check out.
GGuest UserThe best location for family in front of the beach. The building is old but clean and I think you can spend it comfortably. The meal is delicious !! The buffet was also rich in number of items. There was no trouble, but it took a lot of time to crush without the air of the floating wheel. I want to use it again!
GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful! Important to notice that the road to beaches (shops and cafes) is very difficult for not prepared people. It took us about 25-35 min to take to Tokashiku beach.
Better to rent car or motobike or be prepared for a long walk.
The host was super nice, and assisted us in all questions.
The house is not the new one and have some not very fresh staff, but we were ok with that.
Before booking you should remember that it is a country house not hotel and you will be happy.
Also it is located not far from view point
GGuest UserRoom is simple but efficient and clean. It has a small fridge. The beach is nearby.
The staff is really dedicated to serve customers. Great thanks to Iu.
I would recommend to go for half board has the set meals I got for each diner were just deliceous. Breakfast is a buffet.
TtorinessReally nice hotel right on Eef beach with simple but huge clean rooms. We booked an ocean view room, which has fantastic uninterrupted water views (photo attached), and slept with balcony door open, listening to the waves crashing on the beach all night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was really good - huge range of food. Also some really nice restaurants nearby with great vegetarian options. The hotel onsen was great - with windows looking out on the beach and ocean. We came and stayed here during off peak/winter - the good side to this is it’s very peaceful and quiet (which is exactly what we wanted - a remote/away from people and city noise break), but the downside is that the pool is closed for maintenance.
RRCSSThe room is fully equipped and clean. The most frustrating thing is the self-service check-in system, which can be confusing for first-time users. The hotel did not provide a check-in password or QR code, but the automatic check-in system asked for it. I called the hotel immediately but there was no response. Finally, luckily, I met a guest who had already checked in to help. After a series of check-in procedures, such as requiring the guest to take recent photos, take IDs, fill in information, etc., the problem was successfully solved. This guest also complained that he was also crazy when checking in.
In addition, this self-service check-in system also has other problems, such as the Chinese and English versions are different, and the system response is also very slow.
Other aspects are still OK. The room is large, well-equipped, convenient store nearby, and there are many restaurants nearby.
SScottymeffI needed to cancel my booking here due to a big typhoon that had cancelled all boats to Tokashiki island.
Turns out it was non-refund booking. The hotel manager went above and beyond in dealing with my booking agent to get me a refund when she could have just pointed to the no refund sign.
This is the type of person I wish to support so I will be staying here next year when I return to Okinawa.
Thank you 🙏
VVitaly PorotikovI like this hotel. Perhaps it's old, but very friendly staff, clean, big rooms, good location (close to the port) and awesome breakfast. Also price is very good. I recommend it.
