Shenzhen Luohu District 5-star Hotels

Super nice and spacious room. Comfy big bed and there is a large sofa which would be perfect for kids sleeping arrangements. Nice and clean bathroom with standalone bathtub. Calm ambient lighting with cold air conditioning.

We’re truly grateful to the Ms. Kingsley on her service. The hotel room was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The hotel’s location is outstanding is just a short walk to the vibrant Dongmen food 東门老街 and others shopping mall street, making it a perfect base for dining and exploring the area. A special thanks to Mr. William, the restaurant manager, whose exceptional hospitality and attentive service added a wonderful touch to our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Frequent traveller obsessed with the gym. 1. Hotel is fine, like aged wine, tastes good if you like it, average if you don’t appreciate it. 2. Staff are excellent, from floor staff, lifeguard to reception at the concierge.&&& this was the best thing about the hotel. The staff 3. As mentioned, aged wine. It is an old hotel, the carpet in the rooms are comparatively aged as well. Which is not our cup of tea. 4. Gym is fine, big, but machines are at least 10 years old. 5. Swimming pool was acceptable. Can’t complain too much. 6. Kids thought it was ok, but there are better choices. But close proximity to luohu control point, nothing beats that.

We had a wonderful experience with Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. The staff at the front desk, Joy is very pleasant and helpful. She is very patient on explaining the details of the surroundings and recommends places for our whole family. We stay here for 5 days. The room are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna room, restaurants, etc. I strongly suggest that you should come here if you are with kids. It makes the parents life easier and relaxing 😄😄

This hotel is located near the Hong Kong–Shenzhen border. After passing through immigration, it’s only about a 7-minute walk—even with luggage, it’s quite manageable. It’s an older hotel that was once managed by Sheraton, so the room layout still reflects that standard. However, the Wi-Fi is quite poor, and internet access is very limited, relying heavily on Chinese apps. The room itself is fairly spacious, but the TV only has Chinese channels with no subtitles—unlike in Hong Kong where some channels still offer subtitles. Taking a taxi from the hotel to the MixC Mall costs around 30 yuan. One notable downside is the absence of a bidet or handheld shower, which could be a concern for Indonesian travelers who are accustomed to using one.

The first impression is that the hotel outside looks old and rundown but surprisingly once you enter the lobby it looks grand and big, our room is not big but clean enough. The bathroom is the worst and smallest among the 5 star hotels we ever stayed at and also no exhaust fan inside the bathroom, every time after taking a shower the bathroom is full of mist especially the mirror. Rooms also not enough lightning really too dark, and soundproof not good as we could hear other rooms talking. Breakfast is nothing special, but for the price we've paid I think it's worth it. We stay during my wife birthday and hotel provide nothing (maybe arrange a room facing fountain and street is already the best thing hotel could do), we've stayed at many hotel before and even 3 stars hotel would at least give us a card wishes happy birthday. In my opinion Sunshine hotel on Tip.com was overrated, the service didn't reflect 5 stars at all. Wouldn't consider staying here again, there are a lot of hotels around Guomao with better service and amenities.

We were upgraded to a suite. Great interior and stunning view of the city. Nice choice if you are looking for a short stay in Shenzhen. Very good service, both check-in by a young lady I do not know the name of and checkout by Miss Kiki

Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a school near by, so if your room is facing school side, you will be waken before 7.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to escort me to the elevator after I checked in. It was so heartwarming! The room facilities are well maintained, as if they were just renovated. The Lanvin toiletries set feels very textured, and the mattress is just the right hardness to sleep on until you wake up naturally. The whole hotel is a popular check-in spot! The light and shadow corridor is high-end, and the 180-degree wide-angle view of the reservoir - the sunset at Donghu Lake is breathtaking! The lake view gym on the 22nd floor is the real Versailles. Running facing the entire reservoir is so healing~
