The hotel and rooms were impressively clean, and they provided plenty of complimentary bottled water throughout the property. One of the standout features was the self-service laundry area. There were 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, all completely free to use, and they even automatically added detergent, which made things incredibly easy for travelers. The only drawback during my stay was the slow WiFi speeds — I rarely got more than 10Mbps. However, the connection was stable and reliable, with no dropouts, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and hassle-free amenities.

The shower water drained oddly towards the toilet's base (but didn't overflow), while the water pressure and heat were excellent. Overall, a highly recommended, budget-friendly choice for families due to its prime location and helpful service.
