This is our second stay at Hyatt Place. It is conveniently located on top of 老街 subway station. Plenty of shopping and food options around the hotel.
Hotel is also easily accessible to 罗湖口岸

Location is excellent as it closes to metro station and besides shopping malls , eateries. Breakfast is not so great and hotel is a bit old. Over all, it is still a good choice if you go for convenience wise.

The bed was not very comfortable, which affected the quality of my rest. Breakfast options were quite limited—I would have appreciated more variety. Overall, there's room for improvement.

Service was good. Hotel aircon not able to adjust, wifi is very poor even we used data also not able to run smoothly. I feel weird for a hotel to just offer 1 person breakfast and we paid for a double room, this made the other person not able to have a breakfast and to pay RMB80 everyday so I find is not worth it. Also such a big hotel they do not have a proper weighing scale to weigh the luggage.
