The hotel lobby is bright. There is a takeaway place next to the front desk. You can see it when you come in. There is also a place for express delivery in the corner. It is clean. The rice dumpling boxes sold this year are pretty good-looking and feel very textured.

I often stay at Hilton Garden Inn not only because it is the first garden hotel in China, but more importantly, it is the feeling of staying in this garden. There are also many food options around. 已經入住很多次，但這次一定是最後入住，大晚上房間忽然停電，嚇得小孩在大哭。酒店不但沒解釋原因，也沒事前通知預告。停電後出現一大堆問題，酒店電話打不到，wifi連結不到，空調僅出風無製冷功能，房間內溫度極高，完全無法休息。向櫃檯反映，換隔壁的房間，問題一樣也是沒冷氣只吹風，2個小孩整晚背都是濕的，而且冷氣位置還整晚持續性發出噪音疑似發電機或設備故障產生巨大噪音，嚴重干擾睡眠。 我1家4口整晚沒睡。而且廁所衛生缺陷，馬桶和排水管散發惡臭。跟酒店反映問題，已沒即時作出改善。
