We checked-in at about 2.30pm then go out for walk in the city. When we come back at 5 pm, there was new front desk reception who mistaken my wife as ********** and try to blocked us from going to our room even though we have the key card to the room. They demand to see our passports. What a shame for them to threat us old couple like this. We already pay our room in full. If not, i would have move out immediately.

A very bad hotel. If I could go back in time, I would never come back to this hotel even if I spent the night in an internet cafe. First of all, the room was dirty and smelled musty everywhere.
