Location is good, bus stop right in front of hotel, shopping complex 10-15 mins walk from hotel. Cleanliness of the room is good at check-in. Shower cubicle is properly sealed at the bottom, to prevent leaking and wetting of entire bathroom. However, on some nights, when returned to room, found some stains in shower cubicle not cleaned off. Service of staff is good. At check-in, room assigned was not ready for stay, as room cleaning was still going on. Went to front desk and feedback, immediately got another room for stay on the same storey. (Refer to attached photos) Facilities of hotel is good, except that lift broke down on 1 of the nights, and had to walk the fire staircase.
