裝潢一般，酒店內部香氛讓人不太舒服。衞生也很糟糕，尤其住在20樓以上，窗户沒開的情況下，晚上在浴缸竟然發現活的大量飛蟻。住過這麼多五星酒店，哪怕住亞朵、全季都不曾遇過這種荒謬的情況。中間一度換房到23樓，竟然跟月子中心共用，整層樓非常嘈雜，護士跟家屬頻繁走動，説話大聲，隔音很差，還會頻繁聽到嬰兒大哭，非常影響休息。在游泳冠軍賽期間入住，身為住客就彷彿次等公民，電梯來了是不能坐的，運動員來了就是人家要先上去，就算運動員不願意跟住客一班電梯，能理解有些粉絲追到酒店，所以要保護運動員，但也要排隊吧？住客先來的，電梯一來就是運動員優先，運動員就能插隊？？？到後期甚至直接留了一輛電梯衹給運動員坐，到了衹要不是運動員就不許上去？？？如果這樣你不如不要開放給一般住客，尤其樓下出現一堆非住客粉絲蹲點，酒店的解決方式不是篩選非住客，而是用圍欄圍住，整個動線非常不便。衞生、服務都非常糟糕。甚至房間還出現前一個客人留下的垃圾沒有收拾乾淨。
發生事情後，除了小作文之外，沒有任何實際解決的誠意和行為。尤其飛蟻出現當晚，請服務人員來處理時，竟然安排成年男性單獨一人半夜成年女性單獨入住的房間來處理，表示對於酒店的服務和性別安全意識都非常薄弱，完全沒考慮過女性住客是否會有不安或不便。後續又來了一位女性服務人員，但在半夜又安排另一位男性來消殺，所有的安排都是按照他們自己方便，沒有考慮過住客的感受和舒適度。
頻繁出現問題，導致頻繁換房，影響休息，因為每次等房都要兩小時以上，需要頻繁收拾行李，休息也不踏實。入住期間退房之後都沒有任何解決問題的意圖和誠意。入住後的每一件事情都荒謬的讓我不敢相信是五星的酒店。

入住體驗超讚！前台愛琳小姐姐服務温柔又專業，辦理入住效率超高，還貼心提醒了早餐時間和周邊交通。買了很多特產，需要箱子裝比較好放，立馬給我找了不同大小的箱子問我需要哪個。細節裏都是暖意，下次來深圳還選這兒，必須五星推薦！

酒店的地理位置優越，交通也很便利，到各個景點也好還是到各個交通站也好都非常的便利，距離大運中心很近步行可以到達，前台小胡有提前和我溝通電話確認到店時間，提前做好房間安排，很周到，房間設備也比較齊全，有配備一次性洗漱用品很方便，酒店進門也會有禮賓員在大堂幫忙寄存行李，整個工作團隊都非常的熱情專業，從訂酒店開始到離開酒店，給我的感覺就是非常的温馨舒適，讓我在工作之餘能得到一個放鬆舒緩的休息環境，很棒的酒店。
