Room is spacious and clean. Toiletries, disposable slippers provided. Restos are available upon walking to nearby corner. Walking to mtr station is reasonable.

The place is great for the price. I didn't have issues and will stay there again. Very close to a grocery store.

The room is spacious but old. The location is a bit far from shenzhen center but there is a direct train within 15mn walk and can reach shenzhen railway quicker than the metro. A major disturbance was that the toilet flush. It did not work well, and the toilet could not evacuate well. The shower gel was not refilled. There are bottles of water provided daily though.

I liked the hotel, but unfortunately it's a bit far away. the room was pretty good and it came with a basic free breakfast (honestly, i would rather eat outside, but it's fine for free food).

Appeared a very old property, asked for plates so I can have my meals, they didn’t have, didn’t have some sugar sachets too, pretty much managed to stay, will probably not book it again. Had booked it only because it was close to the place where I had the business meeting . It looked nice in the pictures though.

Staffs are courteous and very helpful, the hotel is clean and near MTR

I have stayed in Vienna about 50-60 times in the past ten years. I have a general idea of ​​its style and environment. This time I was disappointed. At first I thought I was staying in a fake Vienna. After a closer look, it was indeed the real thing, but the style had nothing to do with Vienna. 1. The curtains are light-transmitting and of poor quality 2. The furniture is old and broken 3. The air conditioner makes strange noises when cooling 4. Someone wants to open the door in the middle of the night 5. There is no decent parking lot 6. The bathroom looks like a converted small hotel I really admire how this store passed the Vienna franchise system

The service is very very very thoughtful! They are all very considerate and friendly, and the hygiene is also very good. This alone is very good! Otherwise, the sound insulation is not very good, which is a deduction. The facilities are relatively old, but it does not affect personal travel. The lighting of the desk is slightly lacking

The reception at the hotel lobby was very polite, the room space was good, and the beds were clean and tidy, but the bathroom showed signs of age, and there were cigarette butts on the floor that had not been swept. Although the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, the water from the shower room would flow to the area next to the toilet and make the entire bathroom wet. Overall very satisfied.

The location of the hotel🏨 is very good, near Exit B of Pinghu Metro Station🚉. But now due to the progress of the project so exit B is closed, friends have to walk through exit C, the location will be slightly far away. As for the lobby, at a glance, quite good 👍 but no weekdays when I stayed at the Vienna hotel lobby perfume smell, however not much impact. The room was good, the hygiene was tidy, the room was just right for two people. It can't be seen on network TV, only terrestrial TV. Finally, the hotel served us breakfast, however they are no buffet restaurant🍴, but they will take out breakfast and prepare, if the time is early enough, you can choose what to eat for breakfast, should often be different. Overall, very good 👍! I am very satisfied, but the facilities are indeed very old, but the cheap and affordable prices have little impact on me.

The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation and many places to eat and shop nearby. The front desk staff is very good, the room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable, making people feel at home. Worth recommending👍👍

The room is in an average location. The hotel facilities look old and the service is average. It is very difficult to park when driving there. The overall feeling is poor. I will not stay here again next time.
