在入住期間，我在房間不小心摔倒，把手錶弄碎了，導致碎掉的玻璃渣劃傷了我手腕兒，本以為自己可以搞定，但是發現自己沒辦法處理，然後酒店前台團隊的專業和温暖，讓我對亞朵酒店的服務留下了深刻的印象。當時傷口流血不止，我匆忙下樓求助。前台看到後立即取出醫葯箱，幫我簡單消毒、包紮，發現傷口比較深同時裏面還有手錶的碎渣在裏面後馬上聯繫了出租車陪同我去醫院清理傷口，一直為我跑前跑後。回來後比較晚了他還讓餐廳幫我煮了一碗麪條，真的讓我十分驚喜感動!
第二天退房時，前台還特意詢問我的恢復情況，並主動幫我聯繫出租車，叮囑司機師傅路上照顧。這種細緻入微的關懷，讓我深深感受到亞朵酒店的暖心服務。一次意外，反而讓我見證了什麼是真正的貼心服務。感謝亞朵酒店的前台，你們不僅解決了問題，更用真誠和温暖治癒了旅客的不安。下次出行，我一定還會選擇這裏，也會向我的朋友推薦亞朵酒店！
