The front desk ladies were very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a separate living space. Love this hotel and it’s very near Dongmen street. You can walk to Dongmen Street in 2 minutes.

I pay for queen deluxe room, I saw the other room and it’s good but the room they give me are terrible, very bad smell, noisy ac, strong smell of cigarette. No one speak English, wifi don’t work. Terrible, I feel they give me a bad room cause I’m not a local. Very bad experience there I don’t recommend.

It was not the first time we stayed in this hotel. The location is unbeatable, located right at the heart of Old Street. It was also one of the very few hotels which provided two double beds. Honestly, we booked this hotel time and again solely for these two reasons. Now the down sides, there were quite a lot. For example, the fire hazard. I think most of the guests would not be able to get out in case of fire. You will know what I mean when you come and have a look. The second issue is the smell of cigarettes. It should be strictly prohibited, not only because of the smell, but the fire hazard due to the layout of the hotel and some rooms do not have a window. Some people said the rooms were worn-out but it was not a problem for us. We deposited our language in the hotel when we checked out. They did not have luggage tags provided and as some trip.comers said they stoage room was open 24 hours a day and not gaurded. My wife noticed that our bags were open when we claimed them back. But nothing was lost as there was no valuable. Oh, forgot to mention, the staff were quite friendly and helpful. It was a nice surprise.

Fire protection equipment can be seen everywhere in the corridors of our rooms. The safety hazards you mentioned do not exist. We do provide a luggage room, but it is for short-term storage. We have informed you in advance that we will not store valuables. Please forgive me.

Super dirty , the toilet has bad smell. The room has no network. Forced to leave the hospital after 2 hours of checkin and change to other hotel.

In addition, the pictures on the booking page of the platform are the pictures of this hotel. There is no violation of the wrong version of the picture. When entering the hotel, you need to connect to the hotel's WIFL to access the Internet.
