The Cloud Tree Inn (云树里YunShiLi) Boutique Guesthouse is in a picturesque area of Xichong with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Xichong (西涌/西冲) is the only official “Dark Sky Area” in China. Only 48km from Shenzhen (深圳) city center, it will take an hour to an hour fifteen to arrive by car. Xichong beach is only 10 min walk from Could Tree Inn, and is one of the best beaches is China. It’s clean, beautiful and there is a patrolled area of the beach with lifeguards. There are also areas for rock fishing or you can hire a boat for some ocean fishing. If you’re interested in the stars there is the astronomical and meteorological observatory, which also has amazing views of the coastline. If you’re in to hiking, cycling or trek running there are coastal and mountain tracks. There are so many things to do when you stay at Cloud Tree Inn. The kids love it so much, the boss's English breakfast is super delicious😋The boss is also very nice. It is very close to the beach and Xichong Astronomical Museum, and you can see the stars on the terrace. marvelous!

Although it was a rainy day, it was very quiet. The proprietress was very nice and recommended us to go to the nearest beach. It was really close to the beach and the whole place was reserved!

Such a great place to stay, so quite good and peaceful, but only 10 min from the beach.
Thee hosts were great, very helpful about the the area and things to do.
Room was really nice with an amazing view of the mountains. Definitely stay here again,👍

I stayed for a few nights and tried both the balcony room and the rooftop king-size room on the second floor. The check-in process was very comfortable, but I personally prefer the room with a balcony. The mountain view is really healing, and it is beautiful even on rainy days😌It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach entrance after the rain. The sand is very fine and not painful👍🏻During my stay, I happened to meet the new foreign boss who took over. I saw that he was busy and took care of it seriously. I heard that they are planning to build a kitchen to cook Western food in the future. You can experience it next time you come😁😁

It is very convenient for a family to stay. We booked a family room. It is clean and hygienic. The service is very considerate. The room has a light fragrance. The bedding is very comfortable. There is a book bar at the front desk and supporting facilities for children to play. The location is very good, very close to the beach. The mountain view is beautiful and the air is good.
