The apartment is located in Xiasha, Futian District, Shenzhen, close to Chegong Temple | Convention and Exhibition Center CBD | Kingkey Riverside Times Square KKone large shopping mall upstairs, with full-range supporting facilities for food, clothing, housing and transportation. It is 10 meters away from Exit B of Xiasha Metro Station. The southwest side is adjacent to the historic Xiasha Ancient Village. The southwest is the only urban wetland in Shenzhen-the Mangrove Nature Reserve, a coastal ecological green space, a habitat for migratory birds, and across the sea from Hong Kong; the east side borders the High-tech Entrepreneurship Park, and can quickly enter Xiangmihu Road. The west side can quickly reach the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, and the transportation is very convenient. You will come, and we will always be there! Wish you well

Some facilities and equipment in individual rooms are indeed outdated. We will definitely ask the relevant departments to inspect and maintain them in time. We have strict requirements and standards for daily room cleaning and item replacement.
