First time stayed. I chose room with private hot spring. The room is excellent and the dinner with beef main disc was good. Will come again.

Private onsen inside the room. Public onsen on the basement floor overlooking the snow covered mountains in open air. Was an amazing trip.

Premises is very clean and location is good. View from the room and the lobby is also very good. The only downside is that any request is rejected. Its always no, no and no. Not really suitable for families. Breakfast is pathetic with no spread at all.

The most unexpected hotel we booked on this trip, in Jozankei, very new, with large rooms and great facilities and details. We booked a one night stay with two meals, which was delicious. There is a private bath in the room, and B1 also has indoor and outdoor public pools. The location is very close to the shrine and Futami Park, and we also went rafting. Overall, it was great to stay here for 2 nights. Come again next time

The hotel is relatively new in Jozankei. The rooms are large and nice. You can enjoy the hot springs facing the snow scenery. It would be better if there were more choices for breakfast and dinner. It is worth staying here next time.

The hotel is very new and clean. The staff are very friendly. The set meals are very exquisite. Breakfast is a set meal + buffet. The tatami in the room is very comfortable. Each room faces the opposite mountain. The room has a private bath. It is so comfortable to be surrounded by greenery while taking a private bath. B1 has an outdoor public bath and massage seats. There are not many people in this season. The skin care products used in the hotel are kose. The room does not provide skin care products. You can get what you need for free at the supermarket on the first floor. The hotel breakfast and dinner time need to be reserved when checking in. The front desk will ask. Check-in also gives an eco-friendly bag and a night tour ticket to Futami Park, which is very worth going. Overall, it is very good.

After my schedule in Sapporo, I stayed at this hotel for a day in Jozankei. Since the hotel is close to the Jozankei Garage platform, I could enter the hotel within 5 minutes by taking the Kappa Liner and getting off at platform 9. There were three public baths, two open baths outside (40 degrees, 42 degrees) and one inside (42 degrees). I used the hot spring at 7 am and 5 pm, and since there weren't many visitors, I was able to enjoy the hot spring in a quiet atmosphere. I could see the mountain across the street from my room. However, since it's in front of the mountain, bugs might come in if you sleep with the window open. The convenience store is a bit far, but there is a store, so you can solve simple problems.
