I only choose this hotel for the location. I didn't like the guard guy who is sitting at the lobby all day and night and watching who is entering hotel lift. When my friend wanted to store her luggage on the first floor hotel refused. They even were preventing her visiting my room just as a visitor. Quite aggressively the guy was holding elevator doors and yelling something to us that if we want to go upstairs, she need to register and pay more money. To be able to go inside my room. The hotel was so so. Not so much dirty but not perfectly clean. The cleaning service was bothering us in the mor even we pressed not disturb. They were bumping at our door 2-3 minutes even no one responded in the morning. No safety box in the room. No fridge. Although we were updated for a two bed in room four free. not bad but not so good. 4/10

The location is centrally located and within walking distance of Chegongmiao subway station. I didn't eat at the hotel, but there are many restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel facilities were fine and my room was cleaned each day by the hotel staff. I would say the best part about staying here is the location. It is convenient to get almost anywhere in Futian from this hotel.

Very basic, no bath robes. The lobby is part of the regular apartment building, it doesn’t feel like a hotel until you go up to the room

The hotel location was good. Near the coast and nature park, and also close to downtown by taxi or Didi. The people in reception don't speak English, so it was difficult to get help. We ask for a recommendation to visit the city and they didn't know how to answer that. The room was clean, we have all the amenities in the room. Breakfast is Chinese style, very complete. The hall in our floor smell like cigarettes, so maybe some floors you can smoke and others not. This is a big problem in china, a lot of people smoking in the streets or bars. The bed was very comfortable and also the pillows. It was very good for the price

Location is good, it just beside subway. But this hotel is quite old.

This hotel was chosen because of location, hotel is fine since we only go there to sleep, breakfast is Chinese as indicate, not the best to my liking but sure one can feed himself and you would be able to move most of the day. But I prefer more a bit western BF. Who knows maybe next time. Service was good no complains. Thank you Wanguo hotel or what ever the actual name is, outside name is different!

The hotel is right in the city centre of Shenzhen. The receptionist is professional and kind. Overall good.

Decent budget hotel, but kind of a dump.
