No air conditioning and very smoky smell in the room, the door lock system is very complicated, totally no service at all

We live on the 20th floor, the corridor and room can smell a smell of smoke 😫 This hotel can smoke in the room, if restricted to a certain space smoking that for us non-smoking smoke is good 😃 If the hotel is a non-smoking space That is 100 points in all aspects because there is a refrigerator and washing machine in the room, it is very convenient in an apartment hotel 💯😉 There is a medium-sized shopping mall KK one downstairs from the hotel, which seems to have 5 floors, and there are more restaurants on the ground floor. There are more street shops and restaurants near the mall for us to choose from, shopping or eating is very convenient 😃

下沙站B出口行8至10分鐘左右便到，上到房間一打開門成陣異味，好難聞，要打開門和窗對流先得，趕走異味！層數4 2樓有景觀！地點方便！唯獨房有異味，就敗畢！酒店要改善這問題！

總體還將就吧，位置還是不錯，就是衞生做得不是很乾凈，特別是地上和床沿上的灰塵，不過晚上睡個覺，床還是很舒服的，去紅樹林和福田口岸都很近，還有就是我這個房間的衞生間排水應該有堵塞

樓下大堂的出入體驗感差，需要跟保安申請一下二維碼，然後還要在電梯昏暗中掃碼才能上去，房間裏面沒有了紙巾，熱水器要到外面打開才能用，這些都沒有提前告訴客人。

地點非常方便，指引清晰。酒店非常新穎，門鎖又安全，對畀某啲所謂酒店還好。附近好多商場同食肆，要乜有乜，戲院公園都有，自己背包由非常爽。

附近就是中洲灣和kk one 的商場很多美食有辣可可 so delicious, 這間酒店是最便宜的在這區的公寓下次還會再來

酒店位置佳，就在下沙站，附近有大型商場KKone 及中洲灣，亦有大量吃喝小店，十分方便。房間在二十樓，可欣賞美麗夜景，大床加巨大投幕另酷貓會員，一流享受。

每次出差來都是住他們家超級喜歡那個投影哈樓下出行吃飯逛街都很方便前台小姐姐服務很好窗外夜景很美公寓比較高端樓下管理也很規範安全係數很高衞生每天都要準時打掃床品房間陳設都很新下次還來！

住的投影房投影體驗很棒！大屏幕聽歌看電影很奈斯！44樓還可以看到海，住了兩天，服務和衞生都很到位！房間寬敞明亮，這次又過來了，樓下吃飯逛街出行相當方便，床沙發投影都很新，性價比高，下次過來還住這裏，推薦哦~~~

一間地理位置唔錯的選擇,就在新起的高樓大廈,接待處在42樓,員工態度服務一差,入住時已經不好,要求遲一個鐘退房都不可以,係我在深圳住過的十間裏面民宿及酒店,只有這間不可以,遲一小時退房要生收30元,實在太不近人情了, 從來都未試過拒絕的,有得選擇,都不會再選擇這間民宿的☹️☹️

入住體驗滿意，房間視野很好，有一點海景，最喜歡落地窗和大陽台，陽台上有洗衣機，訂的投影房，投影是酒店自帶酷喵的免費會員，不用自己買，片源庫豐富！音響效果很好，投影也很清晰！周圍出去逛街吃飯去地鐵站超級方便，樓下就是中洲灣，旁邊有個KK one 霸王茶姬奈雪喜茶星巴克都有，總之，美食購物應有盡有 !保潔打掃的很乾凈，生活用品一應俱全，管家服務熱情，樓下大堂有保安安全放心推薦家人們入住哈！
