這次入住美高梅酒店真是驚喜連連。從進門開始就感受到熱情周到的服務，每位工作人員都會主動問好，特別貼心，特別王要感謝陽陽小姐姐，人美有愛心，和小朋友玩的非常好！給我安排了視野超棒的房間。酒店內部環境跟宣傳照片一模一樣，乾淨整潔又充滿設計感，設備完善，環境寬敞，看得出在細節上很用心。整體住宿體驗非常舒適，無論是服務還是硬件設施都讓人滿意

酒店房環境很美麗，景觀一流，清潔乾淨，服務到位，但室外泳池和半室內泳池的池水底比較污衊，很多黑色漂浮物在泳池底，保養不太好。

酒店很適合親子悠閑遊，酒店有不同活動和表演，水上游戲小朋友玩的很開心，賓客服務中心的微信管家Katie Noah和Yuri非常親切友好，服務入住前會問對住房有什麼要求，提了我們的要求都給備註上，10點到了酒店要求的景觀房還沒有要到下午客人退房後，前台美女説是有5層的現房也能接受就直接給到房了，一刻都不用等.Katie和Yuri會很熱情的提醒什麼時間有什麼活動，還幫忙延期需求，很感謝你們的熱情接待!旅途很愉快!退房時下樓電梯出了點小插曲，經理小孫處理很及時、很親切還很熱情的送了小朋友一個美高梅的專屬獅子.退房又碰到了給房的Alex美女服務太好了，辦事極速效率高.整體就是玩的很開心，還會二刷.
