Response from Property: 尊敬賓客:您好!看到您的點評，非常抱歉沒能為您提供舒適的入住體驗，我們對此深感愧疚。關乎您提到酒店空調原因:冬季深圳温度才12°，大部分酒店旅客反饋房間內較冷，因此酒店衹能照顧大部分客人，無法在冬天開冷氣。因高級房型朝向問題導致日曬時間會比較久，室內温度過高，開窗確實可以解決您個人的需求，但是周邊施工是整個太子灣片區發展趨勢，這個問題是不可逆轉的，且目前施工噪音以及頻次已明顯降低，並且酒店桌面有放了周邊施工的温馨提示信，可為您提供降噪耳塞，前台24小時可為您提供服務，如您遇到困惑可隨時與總枱聯繫。給您造成不便，我們深表歉意!總經理:Foster zheng
