I made a reservation to stay on the first day of my arrival at the airport, but I couldn't make it in time because the bus to Hakuba had already left. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach the staff. The staff at Trip.com contacted me and said that they couldn't contact the hotel either, so I had to cancel the hotel without getting a refund.

The rooms are comfortable but the toilets are small. Breakfast options were limited.

The hostle is located just 3mins walk from Oishi Park where you cna see the whole mount fuji very clearly unless icover up by the cloud. I'm so lucky to see the Mount Fuji, it really beautiful. The location is far from the Kawaguchiko station but you can easily get the bus to and from the Hostle, bus journey is around 30mins. But I choose to walk so I can enjoy the scenery along the Oishi Park and Nagasaki Park, but the sakura was just start opening. The journey to walk from kawaguchiko to Hostle is around 1hr 20mims, I saw many ppl walk to the Oishi Park from the kawaguchiko station too.

Excellent location. 5min walk to see Mt.Fuji. Simple breakfast provided. Good service. Luggage storage available before check-in and after check-out💯

Location is good which near the lake Staff are nice and willing to help Environment is good with wonderful farm view But breakfast choice is limited, but general is delicious and fine to us Room is clean and large We feel enjoyable during our stay

It was a good call to stay at this very cozy and homey hostel, very clean and pleasant. Shared kitchen and lounge are available. Only 100 meters from the bus station. And 2 min walk to the lake

The capsule hostel is a great option for those who want to mount the Fuji, it is located next to the most beautiful garden i have ever seen - Oishi Park with Fuji as backdrop. The capsule itself is actually quite spacious, and public areas are very very clean, including a very modern shower. the only thing need to pay attention is that there is no much shops or restaurants nearby, you might want to come with lots of supply

Location is great, hostel was so clean and comfortable. 

Location of hostel was just opposite Oishi Park, where you can see a clear view of Mt Fuji on good days! The tourist red line bus stop is also only a 5min walk away from the hostel which is super convenient! Rooms were considered big for Japan size and the rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast is decent too!

The hotel is great if you want to stay far away from the town and experience the quiet side of the lake. They had rental bicycles that made it easy to get around the lake.
