Our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Nanshan, Shenzhen was truly wonderful! Jeoy, the front desk clerk, was friendly and professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and he provided helpful information about the hotel facilities and surrounding areas. He was responsive and patient in answering any questions, which made him feel incredibly warm. The environment was comfortable, and the attention to detail was spot on. I definitely recommend it five stars, and I give Jeoy a huge thumbs up!

This hotel is great! The front desk service was excellent and helpful! The new hotel has excellent facilities and I love the decor! The pool is great! The kids had a blast! The breakfast was very generous! The location is fantastic, with great views and two subway stations underground! It's convenient to get around! Highly recommended!

While the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, it's a world of its own within. It boasts a 5-star atmosphere, and the Summer Palace lunch was delicious 😀😀, and the service was excellent.
At check-in, Hebe was incredibly attentive, escorting us to our room and explaining the hotel facilities. She greeted us with a smile whenever she saw us entering or leaving 😄😄. Later, due to the bad weather and the fact that it was a weekday (Monday), we were invited to the executive lounge for a light meal in the evening, which was a welcome upgrade 👍👍😀😀.
Also, after swimming, I was impressed by the quality of the toiletries. The staff on the 77th floor inquired about their availability and provided us with a quote. They quickly responded and delivered the toiletries to our room. It was incredibly prompt and timely. 👍👍
