以這個房價的公寓，性價比是高的，首先交通十分便利，就在地鐵燕南站旁，離科學館玷也不遠，公寓周邊有不少食肆，盒馬超市，住的房間是loft，也乾淨企理，但樓梯較窄及陡，上落要小心，二樓房間空間大，整體體驗也滿意。

住宿地点方便，燕南站A出口見麥當勞就是公寓。室內環境寬闊，衛生情況良好，樓下美食林立，下次必定會再入住

已經是第二次入住，因為地點十分方便，樓下有盒馬超市，就近燕南站，旁邊整條街都係食嘢嘅，另外都有唔少按摩店，過來玩首選
