Conveniently connected to Fumin metro station 福民, and less than 10 mins by car to the Futian high speed rail station 福田高铁站. Room was spacious and clean.

Good location: Fumin MTR Station Exit C, turn right after exit, hotel is right at there. Night market just across the road. Check in: quick, need not to wait. We could access to our room when we arrived at 11:30am (check in time supposed be 2pm) Service: staff was helpful when our access cards got problem, she fixed them right away Cleanliness: good Room: spacious and comfortable

Friendly,polite, non smoking floor but there were people smoking in their room with door open. Cigarette smell was strong in the public corridor,

Apart from the horrible check-in experience, the hotel is actually fantastic. Almost everytime I stayed, checkin must be at least an hour+ wait for room cleanup. No matter I go at 12pm, at 2pm, this round at 5.30pm, still tell you room is not ready.

Location excellent, many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff very attentive. Basic amenities provided.

Check-in time keep extension, had wait for more than 1& half hours. Had request the rooms to be same floor, before check-in also confirmed to us yes but suddenly say room been slot to others.

Hotel is on top of Fumin subway station that has three lines going thru so perfect location. Comfortable room and helpful staff

5 mins from Futian port and the subway line 4 and 10 is right downstairs, rooms are spacious and breakfast was great!

We have booked two double bed rooms. We arrived hotel after five 5pm. However, it is only one room available. Other room have to wait for cleaning. The room is supposed to be ready by three o' clock and return by next day 12pm. Their information mislead customer. I will not recommend to anyone in future.
