A nice hotel with a very comfortable location ( very close to the Shenyangnan Railway station), helpful, staff, and good breakfast.

Extremely clean hotel. Good service and quiet environment. Convenient as you have convenience/pharmacies around. Good food within walking distance. Enjoyed our trip.

It was so convenient! It happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and when I checked out, I was given gifts, including branded potato chips, Taoli mooncakes, and Shenyang-specific Fu Laolin candy! It’s really not confusing at all! Bonus points for flying to Shenyang! Before leaving, I even filled the bottle with water. It felt like I was going to a friend’s house! Prices are even cheaper during the Mid-Autumn Festival! Next time I go to the museum, I’ll stay! (If you go to Liaoning science and technology stocks and museums, you must stay here, it’s so close) The children are very happy to live there (there is an underground parking lot at his house, and it is very convenient to go upstairs)

The room was very clean. My wife liked the fragrance of Atour Hotel very much. There was a little surprise when we checked in. We also gave snacks in the room. The children were very happy. When leaving the hotel, the service staff also gave us mineral water as a gift. The attitude of the service staff was very good. Friendly, they also gave small toys to the children.

The hotel is relatively far from the city center, about half an hour's drive. There are plenty of food and dining options nearby. There is free underground parking. Breakfast is rich. Maybe because of the festival, the price is not cheap. The hotel provides free drinks and gifts.

The waiter who checked in yesterday was as busy as an intern and the room was quite cold. The air conditioner didn't work well with the heater turned on and there was air leakage from the windows.

The pillows in the hotel room had a distinct smell, similar to the grease smell from hair that had not been washed for several days. Please ask the hotel to change the pillows, there is still a similar smell. It feels like the pillowcase has not been changed or not cleaned. I have never encountered this situation when staying at other brand hotels or hotels in other Atour cities before. I feel that there are some problems with the quality control of the chain. Smelly pillows can really affect the quality of a night's sleep.
