Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston - Woodlands Reviews

This location is clean and functions well enough, breakfast and facilities are good. Customer service however is non existent. We stayed two nights and requested multiple times a turndown service and towels . We ended up making our own beds, getting our own towels, and taking out our own trash. We even tipped the housekeeper on QR code …for what? Amazing right! The front desk claims housekeeping begins at 8am… really? Don’t you think that’s a bit early Hilton? Who isn’t in there room at 8am? I would wager most guests are. When we attempted to get the front desk to give us a turndown service, she claimed the housekeepers had gone for the day. 2/18 @ 5:10pm for your records. Room 309 Basically our stay was made far more stressful than it should have ever been. It’s open incompetence disguised as costumer service. It’s flat out what is easier for you (the hotel) versus what’s inconvenient us, the guest. Will never stay here or at any Hilton in general at this point. The lady at the front desk tried. This hotel has a massive issue with their key system or a massive training issue. 3/4 nights it took multiple trips to get a key to work. The last night it took the master key. And a digital key was requested and never delivered. The last night we moved rooms due to an air conditioner issue and the 2nd room required a master key as well. The staff person said this happened all the time. And the beds are hard too. There are many other properties in the area including Hilton properties, just chose somewhere else.

This property is a bit dated, but very clean. Front desk staff was courteous upon check in and check out. There is plenty of variety for the included breakfast and while I wasn’t there on a Wednesday, they offer complimentary happy hour. The pool area was well kept. Conveniently located across the highway from a variety of restaurants.

Only gave this place a 1 because it will not let me give it less! Should be demolished! Water literally standing in the hallway, water damage on hallway ceiling. Room smelled horrible! Moved us to another room and it was just as bad! Desk clerk was nice though.

My grandmother once said if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t Sorry grandma, this place need’s major repairs, mold smell, bad plumbing, switched multiple rooms and finally gave up because it was midnight

Food on floor, lip stick, urine and cigarette burns on sheet in pull out bed. Smelled bad. Alarm and phone did not work. Outlets did not work in a lot of places. Hot tub not working. Breakfast was sufficient

Great place. Convenient to wedding venue . I loved the Christian atmosphere. The reception had a Guitarist who played and sang Christian music. Very appropriate and much appreciated. Hard to find these days

I am posting this because my google review was deleted. This hotel is run by degenerates, I stayed there recently with my husband. An officer who is there for work, we decided to enjoy a week there and I was simply enjoying myself incognito when I noticed the front desk woman, Kristal could not keep her hands off my husband, she flirted with him in front of guests, would touch him and I've been told by him has been invited into employee only areas. I am posting this in hopes that someone actually does something about rather than cover it up

In town for Thanksgiving week and this place was close to families condo. First the good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were two room suites and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. NOW the not so good. This place is in need of serious updating. Worse was the bathtub/shower. The tub would not fully drain. The water is dangerously hot. No safety mat for tub and it was a very narrow shower/tub. Felt very insecure when taking a shower even with a grab bar on the shower/tub wall. Aldo the shower head could not be adjusted. Breakfast was so so, some days better than others. Finally, it appeared the facility was overrun with children who were running up and down the hallways well past 11 p.m. leaving debris on the hallway floors.
