We recently stayed at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap and had an exceptional experience. Chris and his team made us feel truly welcome, and our tour guide, Thom, enriched our temple visits with his knowledge. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, clearly labeled for dietary preferences, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the daily spa treatments, which provided a perfect way to relax after exploring. The complimentary poolside treats, including ice cream, and free water service kept us refreshed throughout the day. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability, being plastic-free and eco-friendly. We highly recommend Jaya House River Park to anyone visiting Siem Reap; it offers a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

My stay at Jaya House River Park in Siem Reap was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.The location of the hotel is great Despite being just a short distance from the bustling city center and the majestic temples of Angkor Wat, the hotel felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle.The accommodations at Jaya House were luxurious yet comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. My suite was elegantly furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a plush bed, spacious bathroom, and a private garden.One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided free laundry service, complimentary tuk-tuk rides to nearby attractions, and a local phone for us to use during our stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic but the real stand-out is the staff. They were probably the most exceptionally friendly and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure to experience; I can not overstate this enough. From the moment I arrived at the Siem Reap airport to the moment I left they ensured my wife and I had everything we needed to make our stay remarkable. World class attention to detail, and customer service. The icing on the cake was the lovely hotel grounds with a secluded tropical motif (you don’t even realize you are in the city), the amazing rooms, the two beautiful pools, and the extremely convenient and tasty restaurant. As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is very well thought out and intentional. Check in was a breeze- essentially a lively conversation with the manager, Christian, where we got to ask all our questions pertaining to Siem Reap and our stay. I paid in advance so there was no checkout required. Didn't have to do any paperwork at all! They've put a lot of effort into improving the customer experience. Service could not be better. Anything you ask for they can handle independently. At the time of my stay there weren't my guests so only an ala-carte buffet breakfast was available. Perfectly good business decision. I recommend the sokkhak spa nearby (choose the riverside brunch and try the riverside restaurant (for food) and riverside lounge (for drinks at sunset). The staff can order dinner for you and plate it out so it feels just like room service. For us we chose to try the street food around the hotel. There's a nice baguette sandwhich shop opposite the hotel with bbq meats for a couple USD. A very new chill cafe 1961 opposite the hotel as well and the Hot Stone and Mahob restaurants 6 minutes away. If you like street food, take a tuk tuk to street 60 markets (next to the ticket station) to try crickets, silkworms, duck eggs (with baby duck inside). Very happy with our stay here.

Jaya Team goes and extra mile to make their guests memorable.

I've stayed at many hotels both in Japan and overseas, but this was the best one out of all of them. Because it's a small hotel, the hospitality of the staff was excellent and I was impressed. I visited to celebrate my parents' golden wedding anniversary, and they surprised me with a nice treat♪ The breakfast was delicious, and the spa was a great experience♡ Tuk-tuk transportation was easy and convenient. I'd like to visit Cambodia again just to visit this hotel.

It's not worth more than 2500 per night. We traveled with children and booked a twin bed. The bed was very small and the children could easily fall off the small bed. There were many mosquitoes in the room, and both adults and children were bitten. There was a male waiter with curly hair who seemed to dislike Chinese children and kept reminding and gesturing to tell the children to speak softly. (The children were actually very considerate and their voices were not loud enough to affect others) The waiter's behavior was very uncomfortable. The lights in the room were dim, probably because of the hotel's style. It was not until daytime that I found that the hotel towels and bathrobes were dirty and yellow. The massage technician said that the massage lasted for an hour, but it was actually 40 minutes. There are also good things about the hotel, that is, free laundry, and you can enjoy your vacation during the trip.

We had a very delicious breakfast every day. The bread was very tasty. It was great that spa service, tuk tuk service and laundry service were included.

Very good hotel and service, far exceeded expectations! The only small problem is that the floor of the room is a bit slippery, it may be easy to slip if there is water

They always provide a tuk-tuk to pick you up and drop you off, and they provide a spa and cleaning service every day, which is very helpful. Above all, the service from the staff is excellent. When I was swimming in the pool, they brought me ice cream to eat in the pool, and when I asked for coffee, they delivered it to my room along with cookies. They were very considerate. The breakfast was also of a very high standard, and was better at this hotel than at other restaurants. I would like to stay here again when I come to Siem Reap.

I booked three hotels in Siem Reap, and this is the most satisfactory one. I highly recommend it. In addition to hardware, service is really important for a good hotel. The staff is considerate and thoughtful. It is a small but exquisite hotel, very suitable for relaxation.
