Very nice hotel with swimming pool and spa..all inclusive available the food is delicious..the staff are friendly and helpful and will do anything to make you happy and ensure that your stay is comfortable. Only thing is that the supermarket is double the price go across the road, to buy snacks if needed it's cheaper.

Dust in room and makes me don't want to take a short there

Terrible.! Dark room (window is onto the corridor where other guests walk), foul smell, brown water, dirty toilet, no toilet paper, fridge acts as freezer, most sockets don’t work, towel was stolen from pool area, staff were rude especially bar man when I asked for a coffee.! Some of the staff are great and the location and pool are good but it’s not worth it.! There are much better places

The bathroom in the room we entered was not cleaned well. The breakfast was open buffet and could be considered good.

ACCOMMODATION: 5 CLEANLINESS 1 FOOD 4 LOCATION 4 BEACH 4 WE WERE PUT IN A VERY DARK BASE ROOM WITH A SMALL MATTRESS. WE LIVED THERE FOR 2 DAYS AND WE ASKED TO CHANGE IT, WE WERE WAITING FOR A ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. A couple of us stayed at the hotel for a week for 5 thousand a day and it turned out to be expensive. The animation was ok. The food variety was minimal, but we even had shrimp and mussels on the weekend, which is an indicator of the hotel. The hotel was a bit dirty, but we didn't pay attention The center of Naaa Bay is 1 km away, we walked there for strawberries for 1 dollar And a cheap Fix Price store. The beach is 2 free, we walked there. But we didn't like it there, we went by minibus for 10 pounds to a paid beach in Hadaba El Fanar, there is a reef there. Overall, for a budget hotel, the vacation is good, the owner and the workers try, NO DISCRIMINATION. FOR THIS I GIVE 10 POINTS. ALL THE WORKERS ARE JUST VERY WELL. THEY KEEP ORDER. But the cleanliness in the rooms needs to be improved.

The hotel is very basic, we booked the night before the flight, so as not to overpay for the hotel where we lived, in order to leave things and lie down a little before the flight.
