Female counter Staff not friendly when check in Request for early breakfast also cannot be done . If go out early better book hotel with out breakfast . Other then that hotel was nice .we stay here for 3 nights.

The hotel is located close to the Black Dragon Pool and the Mao Statue in Lijiang. There is also a travel agency whose office is in the lobby and you can book trips to scenic areas such as The Blue Moon Valley, Lugu lake, Tiger Leaping Gorge, Potatso National Park, etc.

The hotel Interior looks run down but acceptable. Hair dryer is not as good. There are 2 washing machine, one with dryer but doesn't dry. The Aircon is not warm all the time. Like it will get stuck halfway and starts running again. The service provided is not bad. The location is really close to a lot of places. As I fell sick upon arrival, the entire trip is recouping in Lijiang. Hospital & Gu Cheng is within reach, 10 mins walk. Cinema is around the corner and watched 哪吒2 for it. Can't find the hotel photo so yeah.

We had great experience staying at the hotel. The location is very good, just a walking distance to the old town. And as a muslim, there is a muslim restaurant really near to the hotel. The room is spacious. The beds are really comfortable. Just so happen we got a room with a view facing directly to the snow mountain. Another thing we like the most was the toilet has a water bidet. As we arrived early in the morning, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while awaiting check in time. The check in was smooth and the staffs were friendly despite the communication barrier. The breakfast was simple but it was good enough for us. For the price, it is really value for money. We have been to Lijiang a few times already and each time we tried different hotels. Definitely recommended.

This branch in Lijiang has been around for a while hence the room and amenities are a little run down. However, it’s still a comfortable place to live if you travel with elderly as it’s car friendly drop off and there is a lift in the hotel compare to those traditional homestay.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk guy and girl were very welcoming. The room was large and clean. It was very close to the ancient town and it was very convenient to eat. I will stay here again next time.

The room heater was not warm enough, so the front desk clerk immediately gave me a heater, which was very thoughtful and necessary because Lijiang was so cold. The toilet paper is of good quality. I also like drip coffee~
