Excellent hotel. Very nice room and lobby area. There is a lounge area where the hotel provides free snacks and drinks. Overall, a great stay!

Everything is great！

I loved my stay here! The service is good and the staff are friendly. There's a small lounge area near the lobby of the hotel where you can access tea, coffee, sodas, beer, and some small snacks. My room was comfortable and spacious. The public bath was huge with 6 indoor pools of differing temperatures, an outdoor pool, and a sauna (or 2). The lounge at the bath area offers a vitamin c drink, isotonic drink, and popsicles. Meals were buffets with plenty to choose from and a couple of live stations. Food options leaned towards being western-influenced. 10/10 would stay again.

the price is really expensive I think because they charge the kids 70 % of an adult meal. And my kids hardly eats. The room was terrible the smell is mouldy and the toilet smells bad. We didn't have enough time to change rooms so we had to endure the smell for the night n my kids n I didn't sleep well. The good thing is the delicious buffet and great onsen.the staff at reception doesn't speak English and it's hard to communicate with them.

Very international large hot spring hotel, many tourists but very orderly, all the staff met are kind and helpful and have basic English, friendly to Chinese tourists, the room arranged has a beautiful sea view (did not take pictures), suitable for watching the sunset and drinking tea, hiking during the day and soaking in hot springs at night to relieve fatigue, there are many hot springs, there are outdoor, the ping-pong table is so popular that I have never been able to play 😂 rich breakfast and dinner, the tour guide bus can come to the hotel lobby to pick up, Shiretoko has beautiful scenery, learned a lot of 🐻 knowledge, and will give priority to Kiki when I come again in the future

I was upgraded in Japan. Is it because Ctrip has infinite power? The sea view room is so nice, especially the price per person. It's worth it. Unfortunately, the weather made it impossible to see the sunset. The buffet, no matter how delicious it is, is just that level. For me, this kind of hotel is good for one night. If I have a chance in winter, I will go to see the drift ice again.

The breakfast and evening buffet food is very juicy. So good that there are no complaints.

Disadvantages: 1) Almost none! If I have to say disadvantages, the room was only provided with supplies on the second day of stay, but no cleaning. You need to ask the hotel to make the bed, and they will still provide it after asking. Although the morning and evening buffets have some changes, they are basically the same. If you stay for a long time, you will feel tired of eating. Advantages: 1) The room is very comfortable, and the family room is very suitable for bringing children, and the children like it very much! 2) You can also see the sky and the sea, and the scenery is very good. 3) Hot springs, children's rooms, drink bar, shop are all very good! 4) The service is also very good. 5) The parking lot is sufficient and very convenient. 6) It is very convenient to drive to nearby restaurants and convenience stores, including Shiretoko Nature Center, within 10 minutes. PS. It is more suitable for self-driving. There is a slope, and it is still tiring to go up and down.
